This user guide is based on the standards and regulations that are valid within the
European Union. Also the country specific directives and laws outside of the EU.
Reading and storing the user guide
This user guide belongs to this 20100mAH Powerbank
(referred to as the “product” below). It contains information on how to
setup and use the product. Read the user guide carefully, in
particularly the safety instructions before using the product. Failure to
follow this user guide may lead to severe injury or product damage.
Intended Use
This product is exclusively designed to be recharged when required and to charge
other mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets and some laptops. This product is
not intended for commercial use.
Only use the product as described in this user guide. Any other use other than
directed may lead to damage of the product or equipment and even possible injury.
The manufacturer or retailer assume no liability of damaged caused by improper or
incorrect use.
This product IS NOT a toy.

Risk of electric shock!
Failure to comply with safety warnings and regulations
can cause serious injury or death.
• Only connect the product if the mains voltage of the sockets matches the
information shown on the rating plate.
• Only connect the product to an easily accessible socket so that you can quickly
disconnect it from the mains power in the event of a malfunction.
• DO NOT operate this product if it has visible damage or if the power cables
or plug is faulty.
• DO NOT operate this product with wet or damp hands or other body parts.
• DO NOT immerse the product, power cable or plug in water or other liquids
or expose them to damp or moist conditions.
• DO NOT pull the power cable excessively when disconnecting it to prevent
possible shock, fire or damage to yourself or the product.
• DO NOT excessively bend the power cable. This will minimise excessive wear to
the connectors and the power cables.
• If the power cable of the product is faulty it must be replaced to prevent any
possible damage to the product and/or user.
• DO NOT open the housing; have repairs performed by qualied professionals.
Contact the service centre. No liability is assumed and warranty claims shall
be void in the case of unauthorised repairs, improper connection or
incorrect operation.
• DO NOT carry this product in your pockets. If the product is faulty or damaged
it may explode or result in fire if too much pressure is applied to it.

• DO NOT place this product on or in a heating device, such as a microwave, oven, 
stove, or radiator. This product may explode when overheated.

• If you notice strange smells or sounds coming from your product or you see

while operating a vehicle.
• Make sure all power cables used are secured or stowed in a manner that
prevents snagging, trip or fall hazards.

disposal of this product as is contains a rechargeable Li-Ion battery.

Setup
Check and charge the powerbank before it’s first use to ensure you get the best
experience of the product out of the box.
Checking The Powerbank
To check the current charge level of the powerbank, press the ‘Power/Torch’ button

Charging The Powerbank
To charge the powerbank, you will need to use the micro USB port

. Connect a corresponding power cable to your chosen input and the
other end to a suitable mains power supply.

on the powerbank. DO NOT use the USB ‘A’ ports

A full charging cycle will take approximately 4 hours with a mains adaptor that
provides an output of 20V/2.5A using the USB ‘C’

port. Lower voltage and
amperage will take longer to charge the powerbank. A 5V/1A mains adaptor will
typically take approximate 12 hours to fully charge this powerbank. The current
charging level will be indicated by a flashing LED. The LED will light up solid once that
charge level has been reached. When all four LEDs (

lit the powerbank is fully charged.
Always check the mains adaptor plug face for the output information.

Charging A Device
Check the required power requirements of the device you want to charge. This can
be found in the manufacturers user guide for the device.
Choose an appropriate USB output port for the device you want to charge and
connect the required USB cable to it. Connect the other end of the cable to the device
and press the ‘Power/Torch’ button

Check that the charge icon has appeared on the device you have connected to
confirm that the battery is charging. If the charging stops before completion press
the ‘Power/Torch’ button

The powerbank will be warm when charging a device. If the powerbank or
device becomes hotter than normal, disconnect the cable immediately from the
device and powerbank and leave it for 5 minutes before trying again.
Disconnect the USB cable once the device has been charged. If the LED lights are still
lit when you disconnect the power cable, they will automatically turn off after a few
minutes.
On average, a good condition fully charged 20100mAH powerbank will provide a
single or partial charge for a laptop, up to 2 charges for a tablet or up to
6 charges for a smartphone.

There is an inbuilt LED torch within this powerbank.
To turn on the torch press and hold the ‘Power/Torch’ button

Repeat the same process to turn the torch off.
DO NOT look at the active torch directly.
DO NOT point the active torch in the eyes of any person or animals.

Please read this important product care information before you store or clean this
product. The following information is to prevent damage to your product and to
keep it in good working condition.
Storing
It is recommended for long term storage that you do the following:
• Fully charge the powerbank before storing.
• Make sure to store the powerbank at.
• DO NOT place heavy items on top of the powerbank.
• DO NOT store the powerbank in direct sunlight.
• Always store the powerbank in a dry ambient temperature place (0

C - 45

C).
• Check the powerbank every 6 months and recharge if necessary.
You can reduce the effectiveness or damage the internal battery if the device is
left with no charge for long periods, stored in damp conditions or in
temperatures below 0

C or above 45

C.
Cleaning
It is recommended that to clean your product you do the following:
• Use a damp lint free cloth to wipe over the housing of the powerbank.
• DO NOT use chemicals or detergents. 
• DO NOT attempt to clean the terminals in the USB ports.
Chemicals and detergents can corrode the powerbank’s housing and could
damage the battery if there is any liquid ingress.
