1) REMOVE TUB ACCESSORIES
Prepare the installation area by removing any
accessories from your tub rails, including our
storage racks, bins, and any hardtop Torx bolts.
Depending on your preference or setup, the Tie
Down will sit on top of any accessory, meaning the
included knobs with secure it and anything extra.
2) REMOVE BACK SEAT
Remove your vehicle’s back seats while taking care
to not damage the fabric or your vehicle’s paint job.
Store all removed hardware in a safe location in the
event of reinstalling the seats.
3) TIE DOWN ORIENTATION
Determine the orientation you’d like for the Tie
Downs, as they’re driver and passenger side
specific, but can be swapped by rotating them to
face inboard or outboard.
4) DRILL
With a 7/16” drill bit, drill a hole, where you
marked, through both your hardtop and tub rail by
creating a pilot hole and working up to the required
size.

5) INSTALL
Place all your desired accessories onto the rail with
the Tie Down finally on top. With 2 of the included
knobs and washers, secure the Tie to the tub rail.
The two forward drilled holes will use the M8
Washers and M8 Hex nuts.
Repeat on the opposite side.
6) ENJOY YOUR NEW FISHBONE OFFROAD TUB RAIL
TIE DOWNS!
