Teraflex 09-02-22-110-000 Installation guide

  • Hello! I've reviewed the Falcon Nexus EF JL Steering Stabilizer Quick Start Guide, and I'm ready to help. This guide provides installation steps and explains key features such as the use of Red Line full synthetic shock oil and different settings for various driving conditions. Feel free to ask me anything about the stabilizer or the installation process!
  • What type of oil is used in the steering stabilizer?
What is the recommended cleaning method?
What is the warranty on Falcon dampers?
Falcon Nexus EF (Equal Force) Steering
Stabilizers are engineered to provide
a properly weighted steering feel and
consistent bi-directional turning force
for balanced and controlled side-to-side
steering response and an equal return to
center dynamics.
The patent-pending steering stabilizer design
maintains smooth movement under extended
and rapid turning maneuvers. Falcon dampers
feature Red Line full synthetic shock oil with
a high viscosity index of 519 for consistent
performance across all temperatures &
reduced shock fade. The synthetic formula
also contains special anti-wear & lubricity
agents for excellent thermal stability.
All Falcon dampers are designed, engineered,
and built with state-of-the-art methods
including CAD designs, finite element
analysis (FEA), in-house lab simulation, and
real-world street and trail testing.
