Install the washer and•
acorn nut and tighten

against the legs and tighten

Install the center Mounting Rod.•

Remove the 4 bolts in•
the end of the conveyor
Place the exit tray into•
position and install the
4 bolts and tighten

Slide the conveyor into •

Align the tilt bracket to •
slide between the printer
and table top
Pull the conveyor away •
from the printer holding
the tilt bracket in position
and tighten

9-pin power cable to the

back of the Ilumina
The Exit Conveyor is now ready for use. Notice that the conveyor runs
only when needed.
To test the Conveyor, set the speed control knob on the front of the
Ilumina Press to Maximum. Power the Ilumina Press on and wait for the
Ready message on the front panel.
Lift the exit sensor arm and release. The conveyor will advance about 1”
(25mm) and stop.
The Conveyor will run each time the exit sensor arm is raised. Adjust
the advance distance using the speed control on the front of the Ilumina
Press.
