IMPORTANT WARNINGS
1.The cooker s suppled setup accordng to the condtons shown on the
ratng label whch s stuck to the rear of the applance. From ths stcker you
can learn for whch gas type (LPG or NG) ths applance s configured when
suppled.
2.Power supply voltage of your oven s 220-240V,50-60Hz for mono phase
and 230V/400V,50-60 Hz for 3 phases.
3.If the current rate of the fuse n your nstallaton s less than 16 Ampere (for
mono phase) 32 Ampere (for 3 phase), make a qualfied electrcan fit a 16 /
32 Ampere fuse.
4.Snce the plug of your oven has earth system, ensure usng socket wth
earth system. If t s used wthout earth system, our firm s not responsble for
any loss whch may arse.
5.It must be possble to dsconnect the applance from the power supply,
ether usng a plug or by fittng a swtch on the fixed wrng system n
accordance wth nstallaton rules.
6.The nsde of the storage drawer may become hot under normal condtons
of use.
7.Keep the gas hose and electrcal cable of your oven away from the hot
areas; do not let them touch the applance. Keep them away from sharp
sdes and heated surfaces.
8.When the supply cable gets defectve, get t replaced by conductng our
servce as soon as possble.
9.WARNING: Make sure the applance s dsconnected from the power
before replacng the lamp n order to avod the rsk of electrc shock. Change
the lamp only when the applance has cooled down. To unscrew the vew
port and the lght, use a rubber glove, whch wll make dsassembly easer.
10.It s forbdden to connect the flexble gas cable to a butt

example, the jets must be sutable for local gas type and gas pressure)
12. Connect your oven to LPG cock n shortest way and wthout any

IMPORTANT WARNINGS
18.Ths applance may be used by chldren aged 8 years and older, and by
persons wth mpared physcal sensoral or mental capactes, or wthout
experence or knowledge, f they are supervsed or have receved pror
nstructons on how to use the applance safely and have understood the
rsks nvolved. Chldren must not be allowed to play wth the applance.
Cleanng and mantenance operatons must not be carred out by chldren
wthout supervson.
19. When the oven s hot never touch the oven glass by hand or touch by
means of a tool.
20. Before startng to use your applance, keep curtan, tulle, paper or
nflammable thngs away from your applance. Do not keep flammable
materals nner sde of or around the applance.
21.WARNING: t s dangerous to cook wth ol or fat f the hob s left
unattended, as ths may cause a fire. Do not attempt to extngush a fire wth
water but swtch off the applance, then cover the flame wth a ld or a fire
blanket.
22.WARNING: Rsk of fire: do not use the cookng surfaces to store thngs.
23. You must use the safety sheath of control panel when the oven secton s
n grll mode.
24. Gas tapes are secured by locks. Do not turn before pressng the button.
25. Oven valve has safety cock. Flames are kept about 3-5 sec. If the oven
burner can not flame, repeat ths procedure 5-6 tmes. If the problem
perssts, please contact wth the nearest servce.
26. Please place the tray to the lowest shelf and add 200 ml water when you
cook somethng n chcken roast secton.
27. Make sure that rear pulley secton of the grll swellng s fixed on V-bed on
the grll when you use the grll swellng.
It s not sutable to operate both lower and upper burners smultaneously.
The lower burner s desgned for cookng and upper burner s desgned for
fryng.
28.IMPORTANT: ths applance s only to be sued for cookng. It must not be
used for other purposes, such as heatng the room for example
29.The electrcal plug must reman accessble after nstallaton.
30.Ths cooker s conform to the standard EN 60335-2-6, EN 60335-1 and
class 2 subclass 1for the nstallaton (EN 30-1-1)
31.The cooker may not be mounted on a base.
32.Durng cleanng, the surfaces may become warmer than under normal
condtons of use. It s advsable to keep chldren away from the applance.
33.Before removng the back wall, the applance must be powered off. After
cleanng, the back wall must be put back n place n accordance wth the
nstructons.
INSTALLATION OF YOUR OVEN
Electrcal Connecton and Securty
1. Your oven s adjusted n complance wth 230 Volt 16 Ampere electrc
supples. (For 3 phase 230V/400V 32 Ampere) If the mans s dfferent
from these values, contact your authorzed servce.
2. Electrcal connecton of the oven should only be made by the sockets
wth earth system nstalled n complance wth the regulatons. If there s
no proper socket wth earth system n the place where the oven wll be
placed, mmedately contact a qualfied electrcan. Manufacturer shall
never be responsble from the damages that wll arse because of the
sockets connected to the applance wth no earth system.
3. Electrcal cable should not touch the hot parts of the applance.
4. Some models are suppled wthout a plug-an-lead set. In ths case
please use a flexble cable to sutable for connecton to mono phase: H05
VV-F 3 G 4 mm2 or for 3 phase: H05 VV-F 5 G 1.5 mm2
Gas Connecton and Securty
1. Before your applance s connected to the gas supply, ensure that the
gas category and pressure specficatons shown n the data plate
corresponds wth your gas supply. If necessary call authorzed servce
for adjustng to gas category.
2. Ths applance shall be nstalled n accordance wth the regulatons n
force and only used n a well ventlated space. Read the nstructons
before nstallng or usng ths applance. In the nterest of safety ths
applances must be nstalled and / or servced by a competent person as
stated n the gas safety regulatons current edtons.
3. The applance must not be nstalled n a room wthout a wndow or other
controllable openng. If s nstalled n a room wthout a door whch opens
drectly to the outsde, a permanent openng s requred. The ar
crculaton should be 2 m3/h per kW of burners.
4. The gas connecton should be performed from the rght or left. For ths
reason, change the hose nozzle, plug and the seals.
5. Please use flexble hose for gas connecton.
6. If you make a connecton wth a flexble metal hose, locate a seal
between the man gas ppes.
7. The nner dameter of the flexble hose, whch the butane hose nozzle s
connected, should be 6mm for the house-type gas tubes. The nner
dameter of the flexble hose, whch the natural hose nozzles
connected, should be 15mm.The hose should tghtly be fitted to the hose
nozzle by squeezng wth a clamp.
8. The hose should be replaced before ts last expry date.
9. Cauton! Make the oven connecton to the gas nlet valve, the hose l

length must be short and be sure that there s no leakage. The hose used
should not be longer than 125 cm for safety.
10. RE-INSPECT THE GAS CONNECTION.
11. When placng your oven to ts locaton, ensure that t s at the counter
level. Brng t to the counter level by adjustng the feet f necessary.
DO NOT MAKE GAS HOSE and ELECTRICAL CABLE OF YOUR
OV EN G O TH RO U GH T HE H EAT E D A R EA S, ES PE CIA LLY
THROUGH THE REAR SIDE OF THE OVEN. DO NOT MOVE GAS
CONNECTED OVEN. SINCE THE FORCING SHALL LOOSEN THE
HOSE, GAS LEAKAGE MAY OCCUR.

CONNECTION THE COOKER TO THE POWER SUPPLY
INSTALLATION OF THE OVEN FEET
In order to nstall the oven feet;
1. Foot attachment lath s nstalled on the oven from the bottom of the
oven as shown n Fgure 1. Nuts are centered on these lathes n order to
screw feet (Fgure 2). Complete the feet nstallaton process by screwng
the feet to the nuts (Fgure 3).
2. You can balance your oven by turnng the screwed feet accordng to the
surface type you are usng.
If your oven has plastc food as n Fgure-4 you can adjust your ovens heght
from these feet as turned clockwse or antclockwse.
TECHNICAL FEATURES OF YOUR COOKER
Before makng the connectons of your applance:
Before startng to use the applance, read the user manual of the applance
carefully. In ths user Manual, there are mportant nformaton regardng your
securty, how you wll use t and how you wll make ts mantenance. The
converson to the butane gas wll be made by exchangng the auxlary
materal (njector) provded of the oven wth the equvalent one whch was
nstalled to the oven and mentoned n the user manual Idlng adjustment wll
be made accordng to the flame hgh pursuant to the below data by turnng
counter clockwse of the adjustment screw n the tap shaft.

Reduced Flame Gas Cock Adjustment:
To adjust your oven acc. to the gas type, make the adjustment for reduced
flame carefully by turnng wth a small screwdrver as shown below on the
screw n the mddle of the gas cocks as well as nozzle changes (figure 5 and 6).
NOZZLE CHANGEMENT OPERATION
1.Please use driver with special head for removed and install nozzle as
figure-7
Please remove nozzle (figure-8) from burner with special nozzle driver and
install new nozzle (figure-9)

DESCRIPTION OF THE APPLIANCE
USING OVEN SECTION
1.When your oven s operated first tme, an odor wll be spread out whch wll be
sourced from usng the heatng elements. In order to get rd of ths, operate t for
45 mnutes whle t s empty. In order to make workng your oven; oven swtch
must have been rotated and gnton must have been made. If operatng wthout
tmer, the manual mode on the knob must be settled. Otherwse, your oven wll
not run.
2.Knds of meals you wll cook, cookng tmes and Thermostat postons
(Optonal) are gven n cookng table. The values gven n the cookng table are
characterstc values and were obtaned as a result of the tests performed n our
laboratory. You can find dfferent flavors sutable for your taste dependng on your
cookng and usng habts.
3.Use the safety panel when grllng on your oven
4.Cookng tmes: The results may change accordng to the local voltage and
materal havng dfferent qualty, amount, and temperatures.
5.Durng the tme when cookng s beng performed n the oven, the door of the
oven shouldn't be opened frequently. Otherwse crculaton of the heat may be
mbalanced and the results may change.

Grll Heatng Element + Turnspt
USING THE GRILL DEFLECTOR SHEET(*) opton
1. A safety panel s desgned to protect control panel and the buttons
when the oven s n Grll mode (Fgure 1)
2. Please use ths safety panel n order to avod the heat to damage control
panel and the buttons when the oven s Grll mode.
WARNING: Accessble parts may be hot when the grll n use. Young
chldren should be kept away.
3. Place the safety panel under control panel by openng the oven front
cover glass (Fgure 2)
4. And then secure the safety panel n between oven and front cover by
gently closng the cover. (Fgure 3)
5. It s mportant for cookng to keep the cover open n specfied dstance
when cookng n grll mode.
6. Safety panel wll provde an deal cookng crcumstance whle protectng
control panel and buttons.
USİNG THE GAS HOB
Gas burners

Knobs
The gas flow n partcular burners s opened and closed wth the use of knobs fitted
on the gas taps. Before turnng the burner on, make sure that the knob you are
about to turn corresponds to the burner whch s to be used.
Settng the flame
The flame should not lck around from the bottom of a pan. The sze of flame
depends on the poston of the knob
0 burner swtched off (flow of gas shut off);
large flame; small flame (smmerng)
Large flame should be used untl the lqud s brought to bolng after whch the
flame should be turned down and further cookng contnued over a small flame. The
sze of the flame should be adjusted only wthn the range of and large small
flame
Lghtng the burners
The cookers are equpped wth a flame falure safety devce whch cuts off the gas
flow to the burners when the flame s extngushed, e.g. by overflowng food. ––
press the knob of the selected burner all the way n, turn t n the counter-clockwse
drecton and hold untl the burner has been gnted or movng a burnng match
towards the burner and hold t untl the burner has been gnted –– when the burner
has been gnted, keep the knob
pushed n for ca. 5 seconds to allow the flame falure devce to energse –– release
the knob and set the sze of the flame
If the flame has accdentally extngushed, close the gas flow and wat for at least 1
mnute before retryng to regnte the burner.
Extngushng the burners
Turn the burner knob n the clockwse drecton to ts “0” poston.
Cookware selection
Cookware base diameter should be 2-3 times greater than the diameter of the
burner ring. Cookware should not protrude outside the gas hob grid and the flame
should not lick around from the bottom of a pan.
Cookware should always be clean and dry as it will then conduct and retain heat
well.
During cooking, the cookware should be covered with lids to prevent excess
amounts of vapour from accumulating in the kitchen.
Minimal cookware dimension:
-wok burner 24-28cm
-bg burner 22-26cm
-normal burner 18-22cm
-small burner 12-18cm
MAINTENANCE and CLEANING
1. Disconnect the plug supplying electricity for the oven from the socket and cut off the gas
by closing the gas valve.
2. Never clean the interior part, panel, lid, trays and all other parts of the oven by the tools
like hard brush, cleaning mesh or knife. Do not use abrasive, scratching agents and
detergents.
3. After cleaning the interior parts of the oven with a soapy cloth, rinse it and then dry
thoroughly with a soft cloth.
4. Clean the glass surfaces with special glass cleaning agents.
5. Wash the heads of the burners sometimes with soapy water and clean the gas ducts by
means of a brush.
6. Never use inflammable agents like acid, thinner and gasoline when cleaning your oven.
7. Do not clean your oven with steam cleaners.
8. Don't wash any part of your oven in dishwasher.
9. Remove the profile by Cleaning and maintenance of the oven's inner glass door:
pressing the plasc latches on the both le and right sides and pulling the profile
towards you as shown in Figures 1 and 2. Then remove the inner-glass as shown in
Figure 3. If required, middle glass can be removed in the same way. Aer cleaning and
maintenance are done, remount the glasses and the profile in reverse order.
Make sure the profile is properly seated in its place.
10. While oven is operating or shortly after it starts operating, it is extremely hot. You must
avoid touching heating elements.
Before opening the upper lid of the oven, clean spilled liquid off the lid. Also, before closing
the lid, ensure that the cooker table is cooled enough.

HOW TO CHANGE THE LAMP
Dsconnect the cooker from the electrcal mans before fixng the fault.
Unscrew glass blow 1 from lght socket 2 and bulb 3 all the way n or replace
the bulb wth a new one ( bulb type : E14 230V 15W, )
IF YOUR OVEN DOES NOT OPERATE
In the warranty perod all repars except for the ones specfied below should
be carred out by the authorzed Servcng Pont.
If there are some dsturbances durng the use of the applance, follow the
gudelnes below to check ıf you cn repar the defect yourself.

Damaged power lead In order to avod hazards, damaged power lead should be exchanged
at the manufacturer’s or by a specalst servcng pont, or by a qualfied
person.
Cookng results are not what you expec-
ted
The cookng parameters gven n the nstructon manual should be tre-
ated as gudance only. In practce, these parameters are dependable on
the weght and consstency of food, cookng tray level, etc. Therefore, we
recommend makng a few trals for your favourte foods and then wrtng
down the optmal tme and temperature.
Ignters fal to gnte or not always gnte
the gas
Check to make sure the cooker s connected to the electrcal mans.
Clean and dry the gnters and burner components.
Check to make sure the burner caps and heads are placed correctly.
Press on the burner cap and rub t aganst the head by turnng rght
and left.
Rub the gnter electrode wth the use of hard brush or smooth file
Gas burners fal to gnte Check to make sure the rubber hose supplyng gas from the gas cyln-
der s not squeezed.
Check to make sure the gas man valve s open.
Check to make sure the gas cylnder s not empty.
In case a new cooker has been nstalled or the gas cylnder has been
replaced wth a new one, then t s necessary to repeat the gnton
procedure untl the gas reaches the burner.
Check to make sure the nozzle or burner flame holes are not clogged
or flooded. If so, un-clog the nozzle hole usng a pn or needle. Clean
the burner flame holes wth the use of brush, and then dry all compo-
nents.

household waste.
