Release 1.8.7 of iStudio is available. This release features important

Release note
iStudio – Release 1.8.7
Summary
iS
TUDIO Release 1.8.7 comes with following innovations:
• Multiple SNMP Managers
• Timings configurable in the user interface
• Support for LC-42 and LC-47
• Detection of hardware changes in the H
YDRA
• Display of ETSI information and AFD information
• Configurable A/D reference and 0 level for audio bars
• Extended XML command set
Multiple SNMP managers
It is now possible to define multiple destinations for the alarms generated by iS
TUDIO. As
such, customers can receive the iS
TUDIO alarms in multiple network/alarm management
applications such as OpenView, Tivoli, etc. simultaneously.
Timings configurable in the UI
iS
TUDIO 1.8.7 allows modifying the display timing parameters directly from the iSTUDIO
graphical user interface. Users can now adjust the H
YDRA output timings to match third party
displays in a much more user-friendly way.
Support for LC-42 and LC-47
With iS
TUDIO 1.8.7, the HYDRA can drive the LC-42 and LC-47 in full high-definition 1920x1080
resolution. Note that the graphical elements are only displayed in half resolution, but the
video can take full advantage of the high resolution offered by these displays.
For further details, have a look at the updated compatibility matrix on the Partnerzone and at
the iS
TUDIO user manual.
Detection of hardware changes in the Hydra
A feature that will be highly appreciated by our support engineers! When boards are removed
or new boards are added to the H
YDRA, the iSTUDIO software will detect these changes and let
you adapt the configuration files accordingly. This means that the source setup parameters
will not be messed up by hardware changes anymore!
