The Postal Pro PP250WH is a post kit designed to securely mount a mailbox on a 4x4 wooden mounting post. The kit includes a 5" x 5" square vertical post, a 4" x 4" square cross arm, a support brace, four L brackets, and all necessary hardware. The vertical post slips over the mounting post and is secured with screws. The cross arm is then inserted into the vertical post and secured with screws. The support brace is attached to the cross arm and the vertical post for added stability. The L brackets are mounted to the top of the cross arm and the mailbox is secured to the L brackets with screws. The post kit also includes post caps to protect the post components from the elements.
