Operation (The temperature shows F Degrees):
1.Turn power switch on,power indicator light then light, after it,you can start to set working parameters.(On a new machine ,we have set it to
360F, 30S.The first you use, please set time and temperature you need. The setting method you can follow the instrument of controller)
2.After setting temperature and time, the machine will heating up.When you set 360F,it may take as long as 20 minutes to finish this process.
Do not turn off or unplug the press during this time.
3.Lifting the handle up,let the heating plate open , swing the heating plate and put cloths on silicon ,then press down the handle , test if the
pressure is proper.(Turn the pressure adjustment knob clockwise to increase the pressure and turn the pressure adjustment knob
counterclockwise to reduce the pressure.)
4.Flatly place the cloth on the silicon pad when the machine reaching the temp you set , cover the printing paper (please note the working
surface of the paper) and press the handle down, press “enter” key ,the machine will start working. When the timer shows “0”, the machine will
make sound like “Di~ Di~” that means the end of the transfer printing, release the handle and take out the cloths.
Attention
If the paper is cold peel, then you need to wait 15-20 sec and peel off paper. If it is hot peel, then you need to peel off paper at once after printing. (had
better peel paper in diagonal line)
The final printed effect depends on the thickness of thermal transfer components, the type of materials and papers.
Successful printing needs right time, temp and pressure,You need to test printing to get right time and temp first.
Can not put any object on the heating machine, otherwise it will damage the heating pad or shorten the service life of the heating pad
THE QUESTION PROMPT FOR THE FAILURE PRINTING
A.the color is lighter: the temperature is too low, or the pressure is not even, or the time is too short.
B.The design is indistinct: the time is too long and lead to ink diffusing.
C.The design has no luster: the pressure is too high or temperature too high.
D.Part of design is indistinct: heat printing zone or the heating is not even.
E.Scar on design: heat printing time is too long.
F.Dept of color is not the same: pressure not even or the coating is not even.
G.Paper stick to the object: the temperature is too high, or the coating of the object is not good.
