INSTALLATION
- Install the Handset
Please insert the one side of the curve receiver line into the jack on
the receiver, and insert another side of the curve receiver line into
the left jack on the phone base.
- Install the Headset
Please plug the RJ9 headset into the HEADSET jack on the back of
the phone base, which is the smaller one next to the phone line jack.
- Install the Phone Base
Please plug the straight phone line into the phone line jack(TEL) on
the back of phone base, and plug another side of the straight phone
line into your wall jack.
Then the phone will work.
Please Note: This phone is powered by the phone line. It will work
after you complete the above 2 steps. No need any batteries or DC
power. It still works when power outage in your house.
Set Year/Date/ Time
Press SET button, the screen shows “SET 1 DATE” → press SET
button again, the numbers of year flash → press / button to
change the year → press SET button to confirm the year and the

numbers of month flash → press / button to change the month
→ press SET button to confirm the month and the numbers of date
flash → press / button to change the date → press SET button

minute → press SET button to confirm the minute, done. The screen
will display the correct year, date and time.
Set Area Code
Press SET button → press button, the screen shows “SET 2
CODE”→ press SET button, the numbers of code flash → press
/ button to change the first digit code number → press SET
button to confirm, the next number flashes, then press / button
to change the code number as the above steps one by one.
Set PABX Code
Press SET button → press button twice, the screen shows “SET
3 PCODE”→Press SET button → Press / button to choose the
PABX code(0-9) → press SET button to confirm.
Set LCD Brightness Level
Press BRT button on the phone base to adjust the screen brightness
level(1-5 levels).

Set Flash Time
Press SET button → press button five times, the screen shows”
SET 6 FLASH” → press SET button → press / button to
change the flash time → press SET button to confirm.
Answer Calls
This phone has 3 answering methods, you can use the handset,
speakerphone and headset to answer the calls.
To answer calls by handset, please pick up the handset, and the
handset indicator light on the phone base will be on;
To answer calls by speakerphone,
please press the yellow
speakerphone button on the phone base, and the speakerphone
indicator light will be on;
To answer calls by headset, please press the headset button on the
phone base, and the headset indicator light will be on.
Please note: If you want to switch the answering method during
the call, please press the corresponding answering button first.
For example, if you are using the handset and you want to switch to
the speakerphone to answer the call, please press the speakerphone
button first, and then put down the handset.
If you are using the handset and you want to switch to the headset
to answer the call, please press the headset button first, and then put
down the handset.

Ringer Volume Control Funcon
The ringer volume switch button is on the back of the phone base,
you can adjust it in 2 levels(HI/LO)
Auto Answering Funcon
To answer the phone automacally, switch the AUTO button
(on the back of the phone) to the ON side. When calls come, the
phone will just ring one second, and the calls will be received
automatically.
To answer the phone by yourself, switch the AUTO button to the
OFF side. When calls come, the phone will ring until you answer it.
Headset Volume Control Funcon
There is a VOLUME button on the back of the phone base, and this
is for headset volume control.
Redial Funcon
Pick up the handset or press the speakerphone button or press
headset button, then press REDIAL, then the last number will be
dialed out automatically.
Mute Funcon
speakerphone to answer the call, please press the speakerphone
button.

Review Incoming Call List
In standby mode, press / button to review the incoming phone
number list, and you can press / button to check the incoming
phone number one by one.
Please note:: Caller ID services from your network provider is
required for this product to function.
Review Outgoing Call List
In standby mode, press OUT button to review the outgoing phone
number list, and you can press OUT button to check outgoing phone
number one by one.
Please note: Caller ID services from your network provider is
required for this product to function.
Call Back from Call List
In standby mode, when you review the phone number list and want
to call back the number, pick up the handset or press speakerphone
or press the headset button, the number that you are reviewing will
be call back automatically.
Please note: Caller ID services from your network provider is
required for this product to function.
If you don’t want the caller hear you during the call, you can press
MUTE, then the caller can’t hear you; To continue the conversation,
please press the MUTE again.

Delete Funcon
To exit the set function, please press DEL button;
To delete the wrong number entered, please press the DEL button;
To delete the phone number in the incoming call list or outgoing
call list, please press the DEL button.
To delete all the phone number on the incoming or outgoing call
lists, please press the DEL button for more than 4 seconds.
5 groups of One-Touch Speed Dial Memory Funcon
To store the phone number,
In standby mode, please enter the phone number you want to store
→ press SET button → press one of the speed dial button(M1-M5)
as the memory location, done.
To speed dial the stored phone number,
Pick up the handset or press speakerphone button or press headset
button, and then press the corresponding speed dial button
(M1-M5), then the phone number will be dialed out automatically.

→ press SET button → press one of the number button(0-9) as the
memory location, done.

- No, it doesn’t need any batteries or power cable. It is powered by
the phone line. So, it still works when power outage in your house.

Set and Check VIP Number
You can set some important numbers in the incoming or outgoing
call list as VIP numbers.The VIP numbers will not be flush away by
the newly coming number when memory is full.
In standby status, press / button to select a number, Press
PAUSE button, then the selected number becomes VIP number, and
the screen shows “LOCK” icon. You can set 62 groups VIP numbers.
To cancel the VIP setting, please press PAUSE button when you
select the number.
