Assembly (Tools Required for Assembly)
Step 1: Begin by attaching the tube (B) and plastic washer (E) to the base (A).

Step 4: When ready to use, place umbrella in tube and tighten locking bolt (C)
to secure.
Place plastic top (D) into the top of the tube (B). Screw locking bolt (C)
into the tube (B) to complete assembly.
Turn over the base. Then fix tube (B) to base (A) with bolt (H), washer (G)
and flat washer (F).
CAUTION: Do not use sharp tools or equipment such as a knife or
scissors when removing the protective material, as it may damage
the product.
NOTE: Umbrella tube fits poles up to 1.5in (3.81 cm) up to 1.9 in (4.82 cm)

Care and Maintenance
• Clean with mild soap and warm water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Dry with soft
fiber towel. Do not use abrasive materials, cleanse or bleach products. Do not
use acids to clean.
• Use manufacturer approved or supplier replacement parts and accessories only,
otherwise it may void the warranty of this product.
•
• Placement of umbrella base near a swimming pool will cause premature fading
covered under warranty.
Warnings and Cautions
WARNING: This item is heavy. Use care when handling.
CAUTION: Use the base on flat ground.
DANGER: Keep children out of the assembly area during assembly.
WARNING: Do not use this umbrella base with umbrella during high
periods of wind and rain. Failure to do so may result in personal injury
and/or damage.

Warranty
90 DAY WARRANTY
This product is covered under a manufacturer’s 90 day warranty from date of
purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not
cover damage due to neglect, abuse, or weather related damage. For full
warranty disclosure, call customer service toll free at 1-855-880-7205.
NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY
This warranty excludes the following: acts of nature (i.e. wind, fire, or freeze);
damage caused by improper assembly, accident, disaster, misuse, abuse,
negligence and discoloration or fading of the finish as a result of exposure to the
elements. Product not intended for commercial use.
This warranty gives you specific
legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
