Padlock startup

Once padlock is received, things to do as follow:

1.

Do not lock it! The lock is shipped default open.

2.

Charge it 6 hours at open state.

3.

Insert a SIM with GPRS, CALL and SMS enabled.

4.

Put the padlock at open place for getting GPS signal. In house is not

okay.

5.

Call the lock if hear the ring, means GSM signal is fetched.

6.

Text message from any phone to padlock SIM number this command

exactly: *#IPS0104.243.132.242,5400,5400#

7.

Once you see the screen shows as below, it means the padlock is

working well that it has GPS and GSM signal, as well sending data to

server.

8.

Add device to the web tracking system with your own account and track

it. Follow the user manual of web tracking system to do it.

makes it a perfect guardian for goods transport or any box that needs a secure locking

system. Location and alarm information will be sent by GPRS to the real time web

tracking platform.

ROD: C means locked. O means unlocked. X means cut off.

ROPE: C means locked. X means cut off.

MOTO: 0 means released. 2 means closed.

GPS TIME LEN is online GPRS interval

SLEEP TIME LEN is sleep time interval

Lock/Unlock command:

*#SKZAAPASSWORD# and *#SKZBBPASSWORD#

PASSWORD is setup when you send command *#SKZAAPASSWORD#,

this password is then used for Lock/Unlock/Remove Alarm/Alarm check.

E.g. *#SKZAA654321# is to lock.

Then

*#SKZBB654321# is to unlock.

*#SKZCC654321# is to remove alarm.

*#SKZEE654321# is to check alarm.

For key board GPS Padlock 7A, the above set password (652321) can be

used locally by Keypad to unlock the device. And this password stays valid

until lock password is sent. For security reason, please use new password

to lock the device.

4 GPS tracking system on website

4.1 User Login

Google Map can support many different languages. It can change language for local

language by itself.

4.2 GPS padlock monitoring

Choose vehicle in the vehicle list on the left. Then right-click, it will show a

menu. Choose the menu Go to Vehicle Current Location. If there are location

record of the choose vehicle, it could skip to the latest vehicle location. If the

location is not in the scope of map, the system will set it in middle automatically

and show the Remind message box.

5 Attentions

1. Li-ion battery is used and working voltage is 3.7-4.2V DC sealed

inside lock body. Charge-discharge time is around 500 times and

takes 6 to 8 hours for charging full. Please charge the GPS

padlock while battery is low. GPS padlock must be at unlock

state while charging otherwise cannot be fully charged.

2. GPS padlock working temperature is from 20℃~ to 60℃, harsh

environment surely decrease the tracking padlock performance.

3. Li-ion battery normal working voltage is 3.7V~4.2V. Device can still

work when voltage is less than 3.7V. However, it is advised to

charge it before battery used out.

4. If battery is used out while unseal lock, power bank can be used to

charge GPS padlock around 10 mins. After unlock, please charge it

immediately.

5. Please do not use other charging tools so as to avoid damaging

GPS padlock.

6. While lock, please make sure the bean is fully inserted.

7. For keyboard gps padlock 7A, the lock password either set by

Web or SMS command can be used to unlock the padlock

locally. The password stays valid until new lock password is

set. For security reason, please always use new password to

lock the padlock.
