1-1: Earbuds auto-powering and pairing method: When the earbuds are put into the

charging box, it will automatically power off and charge. When it is taken out from the

charging box, it will automatically turn on. If the earbuds are taken out from the charging

box at the same time, the earbuds will automatically turn on and the red and blue lights will

flash alternately. After 3-8 seconds the left and right earbuds are synchronized. At this

time the main earbud is still flashing red and blue lights, the LED of the sub-earbud will

change from red and blue lights to flashing blue lights.

1-2: Earbuds manual turn on and pairing method: If the earbuds can't turned on

automatically or synchronized for more than 10 seconds, it needs to be turned on

manually. At the same time press the left and right earbuds “MFB” button for 5 seconds

until the LED red and blue lights flash, after 3-8 seconds the left and right earbuds are

synchronized. In the synchronized state long press the "MFB" button of any earbud for 5

seconds, the two earbuds are turned off.

2-1: After both earbuds synchronization successful, open your device's Bluetooth

function.

2-2: Then search for a matching name of IP8-X.

2-3: Click connection, after the connection is successful, the red light of the main

headset will no longer flash, and it will prompt that the Bluetooth connection is successful.

(Note: If the main earbud is waiting for a connection but without any device connection,

the main earbud will automatically turn off after 120 seconds. )

3-1: Language selection: Please turn off the two earbuds first, then press the “MFB”

button of any one of the earbuds for 3 seconds until the blue light of the earbud flashes,

then double-click the “MFB” button to flash red and blue lights, finally double-click the

"MFB" button to select language. Use the same method to select the language for another

earbud. (Note: when selecting languages only one earbud can be operated separately,

and the other must be in the off state.)

4-1: After the connection between the mobile phone and earbuds is successful, you can

pause or play music with the multi-function keys.

5-1: When the mobile phone has an incoming call, you can be answered by double

pressing (MFB button). After the call is completed, press (MFB button) once to hang up.

5-2: In the Bluetooth connection, you can also dial the last number by pressing twice

MFB button.

6-1: Low battery alarm: In the power on state, when the power of the earbud is lower

than 20%, the earbud will sound “undercharge” every 60 seconds and flash red light every

5 seconds, please perform the charging operation at this time.

6-2: When the earbud is charging, the earbud LED is always red light and the charging

box LED is always blue light. After the earbuds are fully charged, the red light goes out

and the blue light of the charging box goes out also.

6-3: The blue light flashes when the charging case is charged, and the blue light is

always on when the charging case is fully charged.

(Note: When the charging the charging case, the earbuds are placed in the charging case,

but the earbuds will not be charged at this time, only when the USB cable of the charging

case is pulled out, the charging case will charge the earbuds.)

7-1: An earbud to connect two devices (Note: this feature is not supported when the

earbuds are synchronized. One-to-two function can only be implemented in single-ear

mode.)

1. Manually turn on either of the two earbuds (long press the earbud "MFB" button for 5

seconds until the red and blue lights flash alternately).

2. Turn on the Bluetooth function of the first device, search for the Bluetooth name "IP8-X"

and connect.

3. Turn off the Bluetooth function of the first device.

4. Turn on the Bluetooth function of the second device, search for the Bluetooth name

" IP8-X " and connect.

5. Turn on the Bluetooth function of the first device and connect the Bluetooth “IP8-X”,

after the connection is successful, the earbud has completed one-to-two function

connection.

Friendly Reminder

1. Before use, first charging box charge for more than 1 hour, the blue light always on

when fully charged (Note: At this time the earbud will not be charged).

2. Unplug the USB charging cable, the earbud charge for about 1 hour, the blue light goes

out when fully charged, then you can use it.

3. Please take it lightly and use it away from high temperatures.

4. Near the signal tower, traffic lights and substations may result in signal cut in and cut

off.

5. The most effective range of this earbuds is about 10 meters, the actual wireless

distance is affected by the environmental factors of use.

6. For safety don’t increase the volume to the maximum on the street.

Q & A

Q1: Why can't the earbuds be connected to the phone or device?

A1: 1. First please confirm whether the Bluetooth earbuds are in the connected mode, it

can only be searched by the phone or device when the earbuds LED red and blue

lights flash alternately, for more details please refer to the manual 1-1, 1-2, 2-1, 2-2.

2. Please kindly try to turn off Bluetooth connection, delete "the Bluetooth device" in

Bluetooth list and reconnect.

Q2: When listen to music for the first time, there is no sound in one of the earbuds. How to

solve this problem?

A2: 1. First confirm whether the earbud has power, usually if the main earbud has power

and the sub-earbud is out of power, at this time only one earbud has sound. If the

main earbud has no power and the sub-earbud has power, both earbuds will be

powered off.

2. Then confirm whether the two earbuds are connected properly. If there is no

connection, please refer to 1-2 to manually pair the earbuds.

Q3: Why is there only one earbud sound when talking?

A3: This earbud has microphones on left and right earbud. Both earbuds can be used

simultaneously or separately. But please note that only left earbud is working when you

are in the phone if you use both. When calling, only the Left Channel Earbuds has Voice,

this safety feature allows you to hear the traffic while driving.

Q4: Why does the sound appear intermittent during a call?

A4: 1. Please kindly try to turn off Bluetooth connection,delete "the Bluetooth device" in

Bluetooth list and reconnect.

2. Near the signal tower, traffic lights and substations may result in signal cut in and

cut off.

3. If you put phone in your pocket ,that please keep the back of the phone facing

out ,that is to say, you should put front of the phone near close to your leg.

Q 5: There will be interruptions when listening to music. How to solve it?

A 5: 2.4G is a short-wave frequency, it will cause the problem of the connection dead

angle due to environmental interference such as WIFI /4G/5G/GPS. You can adjust the

direction between the phone and the earbuds to solve this problem.

Q5: Why is the bass not obvious?

A5: Try downloading different types of high quality songs, such as music without damage.

Make sure the song you download has a bass. Generally speaking, the higher the quality

of music, the more obvious the bass.

Q7: The earbuds can’t be charged, how to solve this problem?

A 7: 1. Make sure the battery pack has enough batteries.

2. Note: When the charging the charging case, the earbuds are placed in the

charging case, but the earbuds will not be charged at this time, only when the USB

cable of the charging case is pulled out, the charging case will charge the earbuds.

3. When the charging box and the earbuds are not used for a long time (more than

two days), for safety, the charging box and the earbuds will be automatically

powered off. At this time the earbuds are not charged in the charging box, the

charging box needs to be powered on by the USB cable, and can only be used

normally after the charging box is activated.

4. Please clean the connection point with a clean cotton cloth.
