2. Connect the head to the appropriate socket in the device
3. Turn the speed dial to „0”
Attention!
Make sure the drill shank is fully seated in the holder and secured. During operation, the loose tip may come out.
4. Hold the head with one hand and turn on the device with the other.
5. Check that the head is working properly at dierent rotation speeds by using the knob on the device.
6. Turn o the power and connect the pedal to the control unit. Check out his work
7. Turn o the power and switch the device to reverse rotation. Turn on the power and check the milling machine operation.
PRECAUTIONS
• Turn o the power when you are not using the device.
• Do not use the router in hazardous places. Do not use it in wet places.
• Transport and storage conditions:
Temperature: 10-40°C
Air humidity: 30-75% RH
Atmospheric pressure: 700 hPa - 1060 hPa
• The foot control should only be used with the above-mentioned device.
NAIL DRILLS
Drill dimensions: 2.35 mm (ISO7785-2 TYP 2)
Minimum drill assembly length: 10mm
After closing the drill bit in the holder, it should protrude no more than 35 mm.
• Use drill bits that conform to ISO standards.
• Avoid using rusty, bent or damaged drill bits as they can cause excessive wear on the machine and bearings.
• Maintain the safe operating speed of the device specied by the manufacturer and follow the safety rules.
• Any defects or excessive vibration should be checked rst at a low rotation speed and then increased.
• Change the speed of rotation of the control device gradually.
• Use an appropriate power source for the control device.
• Disconnect the machine from the power supply when changing drill bits.
• Be careful not to let the cutter head fall. It may damage or destroy it. If the head is dropped, check that the drill bit has not been
bent and carefully check that the head does not overheat during operation.
• If you have any problems with the printhead, do not use it until it has been repaired.
• Do not connect the device to the power supply with the handle open, as this may short-circuit the motor.
• Make sure the machine is turned o before connecting to the power supply to avoid injuries due to sudden start of the milling
machine.
• The milling machine has an automatic switch that protects the engine against damage. It starts when the engine is too heavily
loaded. Work only within the permissible loads of the milling machine.
• Do not open the handle while the device is running!
• After work, store the head with the drill inserted in it.
• Do not put the printhead down until it stops completely.
• Make sure to unplug the device before moving it.
• Use the correct voltage.
• Use accessories that are appropriate for the device.
• Please refer to the instruction manual to adjust the speed of the milling machine to your particular application.
• Use appropriate protective clothing, especially a mask and goggles. Use an appropriate dust collector and ventilation.
• Keep the workplace clean, debris can cause an accident.
• Adjust the revolutions per minute (RPM) according to table 1. Failure to do so may result in an accident.
• Acceptable RPM may vary with drill bit and material being processed .
