ATTENTION!
Nozzles tend to heat up at high speed. The amount of pressure with which to use them requires practice. Too high speed and pressure can
burn the nail. The choice of rotational speed depends on the diameter of the cutter. The larger the cutter or stone, the slower the speed
should be set.
Maintenance: Metal, stone and diamond cutters can be sterilized in a sterilizer. Felt cutters and brushes should be cleaned with disinfectant.

• If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced at the service center with a new one of the same type
• It is forbidden to make independent changes in the apparatus and changes in the system
• Opening the device voids the warranty, and the manufacturer is not responsible for the correct and safe operation of the device

• It is recommended to use a dust extractor; dust on the router may damage it.
• Use an appropriate power source
• Make sure the cutter is well secured in the cutter head
• Stop using the device if there is abnormal movement or noise during use
• Increase the rotation speed gradually, not suddenly.
• Do not touch any moving parts of the milling machine during its operation.
• Before reversing the direction of rotation, reduce the speed to 0.
• Do not cover the ventilation openings of the device with cloth or anything else, and keep the device away from dust.
• After nishing work, disconnect the device from the power source.
• Do not switch on the router with the cutter holder open! Otherwise the engine will be damaged!
Preparation to work:
1. Connect the handpiece cord to the power socket on the control unit
2. Loosen the head by turning the center of the handle counterclockwise, then insert / change the cutter. Clamp the head by turning the
center of the handle clockwise.
3. Connect the router to a suitable power source.
4. Select the operating mode, clockwise or counterclockwise rotation, then switch the button to the „On” position to turn on the device.
5. Select the operating speed with the handwheel
ATTENTION!
Metal nail cutters only cut in the right direction of rotation. It does not matter for stones and diamonds nail cutters.
Application of nail cutters:
ATTENTION! Using an excessively large and too sharp cutter when shortening / cleaning the tip of the nail may damage the free edge of
the nail (promotes delamination and mycosis). It is best to position the blade at a 90-degree angle with the milling machine set to maximum
speed; saw across the tip of the nail while supporting it.
