Recommended Use
Easy to grasp and stack, these hollow blocks
encourage large muscle play and imaginitive
play. Dimensions are modular with our Mini
Hollow blocks and unit blocks. Hollow Blocks
should be stored indoors as prolonged expo-
sure will spoil them. For ages 3-8

immature judgment, therefore supervision is
required at all times.
Use the tables to determine if your shipment
is complete. If your shipment is incomplete,

Construction
Blocks are made of solid maple and protected by a clear
nontoxic finish. All edges are rounded for safety.

Cleaning
Clean your blocks using a stiff brush and a minimum
of soap and water. Too much water may cause warp-
ing or rotting. Let the blocks dry thoroughly before
play begins.
Maintenance
Periodically inspect for cracks, breaks, loose parts,
missing parts, and/or malfunctions. Remove the
product from service when any condition develops
that might make operation unsafe.
With hard use, your Hollow Blocks may become
roughened. Sand them all over with fine sandpaper.
Then paint with any good quality penetrating sealer
(we suggest Pratt and Lambert, Sherwin Williams,
or Devoe). Be sure to check your finish for the label
"safe for children's toys."
