Introduction
WHAT IS MP3/WMA FORMAT?
MP3/WMA format files are compressed digital audio files, which consumers can listen to with near CD quality.
Commercial CD audio files can be compressed to MP3/WMA format files, which are suitable for internet
transmission due to their compact size and can be stored in a portable audio device. The user, for example,
can record their favorite music album, storing it in a device’s on board flash memory or on a memory card for
players that are card slot equipped. Both formats are popular on today’s legitimate music download web sites.
WHAT IS THE DiskGO! Digital AUDIO Secure WMA/MP3 PLAYER?
The DiskGO! Digital Audio Player Secure WMA/MP3 is a portable lightweight and portable device which can be
used for MP3/WMA music file playback and ADPCM (WAV) files recording/playback . It can also serve as an
additional portable drive when it is connected to a PC or Mac via the USB Port. Because the player has no
moving parts, the music will never jump or skip when playing.
(Important Note: this player is capable of playing Secure WMA files downloaded from a pay service. These
files cannot be dragged and dropped to the player as typical MP3 and WMA files can. You must use Windows
Media 9 Player to add this type of file to this audio player.)
