Mounting instructions
1. Jack front end of snowmobile up on blocks, so
that skis hang loose.
2. Remove attachment bolts for shockabsorbers,
and remove the original shock absorbers.
3. To be able to mount Öhlins shock absorbers two
holes, 55 x 55 mm, have to be made in the body.
The holes shall be located above upper shock
absorber bracket, see figure.
4. Mounting of the Öhlins shock absorber:
Put the gas reservoir through the hole from
below and mount the attachment bolts.
5. Thread on the rubber cover and frame to the
hose. Locate this over the hole and drill four
holes with the frame as drill template.
6. Fasten the plate with supplied screws and speed
nuts.
7. Place the gas reservoir to the body and make two
holes for each hose clamp.
8. Repeat on the opposite side.
9. Make sure that all bolts are tightened.
1. Palla upp skotern så att skidorna hänger fritt.
2. Demontera stötdämparskruvarna och plocka bort
stötdämparna.
3. För att kunna montera Öhlins stötdämparen
måsste två hål, 55 x 55 mm, tas upp i chassit.
Hålen tas upp ovanför övre stötdämparfästet. (Se
skiss).
4. Montering av Öhlindämparen:
För upp behållaren genom hålet och montera
stötdämparskruvarna.
5. Träd på medföljande gummiskyddet och ramen
på slangen. Placera dessa över hålet och borra
fyra hål med ramen som borrmall.
6. Skruva fast ramen med bifogade skruvar och
mutterbleck.
7. Placera gasbehållaren mot chassit och ta upp två
små hål för vardera slangklämman.
8. Repetera ovanstående på motsatt sida.
9. Se till att samtliga skruvar är åtdragna.
