WARNING — THE INSTALLATION MUST BE CARRIED OUT BY
A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN.
1. LED Strip Lights are suitable for using in dry location
2. Please keep the LED Strip Lights away from any corrosive substance, and please use
dry cloth when you clean it
3. LED Strip Lights can only be installed by a qualified electrician
4. Before installation or maintenance, please disconnect the power to prevent electric shock

Application Notice
1. SLS5-25M is a Linear separable LED strip on flexible printed circuit board with self-adhesive back
2. Each unit of 3 LEDs / 6ledscan should be cut out as a regular segment without damaging the rest of the ribbon
3. The COB light ribbon itself and all its components may not be mechanically stressed
4. Assembly MUST NOT damage or destroy conducting paths on the circuit board
5. Installation of LED modules (with power supplies) needs to be made with regard to all applicable electrical and safety standards
6. Parallel connection is highly recommended as safe electrical operation mode, and serial connection is NOT recommended.
Unbalanced voltage drop can cause hazardous overload and damage the ribbon
7. Correct electrical polarity needs to be observed. Wrong polarity may destroy the ribbon
8. When mounting on metallic or otherwise conductive surfaces, there needs to be an electrical isolation points between
ribbon and the mounting surface
9. DO NOT add reverse voltage at both ends of the product
10. Prohibit using this product in excess of operating voltage (12V DC) 5%
11. SLS5-25M is non-waterproof and the working environment humidity is less than 60%
12. Please ensure that the power supply of adapter power to operate the total load
13. Pay attention to standard ESD precautions when installing the ribbon
14. No weights extrusion, excessive meander
CAUTION
1. Soldering connection should only be performed on designated solder
pads (marked "+/-"). During soldering, DO NOT exceed the maximum
soldering time of 10 seconds and the maximum soldering
temperature of +260°C
2. The smallest unit (25mm 12V DC) can be removed by cutting with
scissors between designated solder pads
3. The mounting of the ribbon is facilitated by means of the double-sided
adhesive on the back-surface of the ribbon. Care MUST be taken to
provide a clean and dry mounting surface, free of oils or silicone
coatings as well as dirt partied. The mounting substrate MUST have
sufficient structural integrity. Take care to completely remove the
adhesive backing. Once the ribbon is appropriately positioned, press
on the ribbon with about 20N/cm² (refer to application techniques of
3M adhesive transfer tapes)
4. The minimum bending radius is 2cm. The ribbon may be bent over a
smaller radius of the circuit board containing no electronic
components and such bends should be made once and fixed in
position to avoid cyclic fatigue
