INSTRUCTIONS SOAP / SANITIZER DISPENSER INSTALLATION

INTRODUCTION: Portable restrooms and accessories must be assembled according to
approved assembly procedures. Variations in assembly could adversely affect product
life and warranty.
IDENTIFICATION
TOOLS: ●Cordless/Electric Drill ●#10 (0.194") Drill Bit ●Rivet Gun ●Tape measure ●Marker ●Phillips
driver bit or screwdriver
To open dispensers, foam dispenser insert key (comes with dispenser) on side of dispenser,
800ML / 1000 ML dispenser push up on bottom buttons. Combo/soap dispenser use car key or
flat-blade screwdriver pushing inward in top slot of cover.
All kits contain both the dispenser and the 18431 hardware kit. Dispensers are available alone.

Combo/soap dispenser: Change Module to fit 800 ML or 1000 ML soap/sanitizer refill.
Open cover, press down on tab located on backplate of
dispenser just above top of module (press below arrow icons on
tab of backplate).
With tab depressed, slide module up to
remove from back plate of dispenser (NOTE:
cover is held on dispenser by module & cover
will fall from dispenser backplate when
module is removed).
Rotate module until 800 ML or 1000 ML icon on
top of module is facing the front of dispenser,
800 ML at front of dispenser for 800ML refill or
1000 ML at front of dispenser for 1000ML refill.
Then with module up tight against the backplate,
line up bottom module slots on back of module with
backplate protrusions.

Combo/soap dispenser: Change Module to fit 800 ML or 1000 ML soap/sanitizer refill continued.
Slide module down on the backplate about 3/4 of
the way down onto back plate. Place cover hinge
rod on bottom cradle of backplate.

Slide module down completely on backplate, until top of
module is past tab on back plate (tab should pop out & hold
module in position on backplate). Note: removing &
installing module may take some effort due to snug fit of
parts, that is the proper fit of the module on the backplate.
BREEZE AND WAVE
1. Foam Dispenser: Drill the (3) dimples shown below with a #10 drill bit. Fasten with #17436 rivets.
2. 800ML Dispenser & 800ML Combo/soap dispenser: Drill out top dimple shown below and fasten with
#17436 rivet. Using backplate on dispenser as a template drill out bottom hole on the right and left side of
dispenser and fasten with #17436 rivet.
3. 1000ML Dispenser & 1000ML Combo/soap dispenser: Drill out top dimple shown below and fasten with
#17436 rivet. Using backplate on dispenser as a template drill through right and left bottom hole and fasten
with #17436 rivet.

TAG 4 HANDWASH STATION
HANDISTAND II
Foam, 800ML, 1000ML, & Combosoap Dispensers:
Drill at top dimple using #10 drill bit. With cover open
fasten dispenser at top center hole in backplate with
#17436 Rivet. Then transfer drill through 2 bottom holes
on the right and left side of dispenser backplate and fasten
with #17436 rivets.
HANDISTAND Foam, 800ML, 1000ML, & Combosoap
Dispensers: Drill at top dimple using #10 drill bit.
With cover open fasten dispenser at top center hole
in backplate with #17436 Rivet. Then transfer drill
through 2 bottom holes on the right and left side of
dispenser backplate and fasten with #17436 rivets.
Foam, 800ML, 1000ML, & Combosoap Dispensers:
Drill at top dimple over from spout/nozzle using #10
drill bit. With cover open fasten dispenser at top center
hole in backplate with #17436 Rivet. Then transfer drill
through 2 bottom holes on the right and left side of
dispenser backplate and fasten with #17436 rivets.
BREEZE II
800ML & Combosoap Dispensers: Drill out 3
dimples above nozzle using #10 drill bit. With cover
open fasten dispenser at top center hole in backplate
& 2 bottom holes on the right & left side of dispenser
backplate with (3) #17436 rivets. Foam & 1000ML
Dispensers: Drill top dimple above nozzle using #10
drill bit. With cover open fasten dispenser at top center
hole in backplate with #17436 Rivet. Then transfer drill
through 2 bottom holes on the right and left side of
dispenser backplate and fasten with #17436 rivets.

TAG 2 HANDWASH STATION
Foam, 800ML, 1000ML, & Combosoap Dispensers: Locate dispenser on the short side of the spout/nozzle.
Against spout/nozzle & even with top of Tag 2 handwash. With cover open mark at top center hole in backplate
& drill at mark using a #10 drill bit. Fasten dispenser at top center hole in backplate with #17436 rivet. Then
transfer drill through bottom inside hole on the backplate using a #10 drill bit and fasten with #17436 rivet.
NOTE: 3rd rivet not used, as outside edge of all dispensers hangs out past side of Tag 2 handwash 5/8”
to 7/8”
AGWASH
There are 4 inserts in dispenser mount area
shown. Screws #21466 are used in inserts.
DO NOT DRILL INTO AGWASH, USE
SCREWS INTO INSERTS ONLY.
800ML, Combosoap Dispensers: Locate top insert.
Use #2 Phillips driver bit to install screws PN 21466 at
top center hole of dispenser backplate into insert & 2
bottom holes in dispenser backplate into inserts as
shown.

AGWASH (Cont.)
1000ML Dispenser: Locate top insert. Start screw
PN 21466 in top center hole in dispenser
backplate into insert “do not tighten screw, make
sure dispenser is level & press on bottom of
dispenser to get adhesive strips on back to
stick to Agwash”. Use #2 Phillips driver bit to
tighten top screw “No screws are used in bottom
of dispenser”.
1000ML Dispenser: Remove backing on bottom 2
adhesive strips at backplate of dispenser as shown.
Foam Dispenser: Locate insert just below top
insert. Use #2 Phillips driver bit to install screws
PN 21466 at top center hole of dispenser
backplate & 2 bottom holes in dispenser
backplate into inserts shown.

Locate on Left panel in top corner. Measure down from
inside of top angle 4” & over from inside of hinge angle 5” &
mark panel. Drill at mark with #10 drill bit. Place dispenser
with cover open on inside of left panel. Fasten dispenser at
top center hole in backplate with #11027 rivet (outside on
panel) & #11315 washer (on rivet). Then transfer drill
through 2 bottom holes on the right and left side of dispenser
backplate and fasten with #11027 rivets (outside on panel) &
#11315 washers (on rivets).

TUFWAY® Location “A” Foam, 800ML, 1000ML, &
Combosoap Dispensers: Place dispenser with
cover open centered on inside of right facing (hasp
side) with top center hole in dispenser backplate
up 61” from base floor. Mark at top center hole of
dispenser mount plate and drill using #10 drill bit
(Through inside wall Only). Fasten dispenser
with #17436 Rivet. Then transfer drill through 2
bottom holes on the right and left side of dispenser
backplate and fasten with #17436 rivets.
Location “B” Foam, 800ML, 1000ML, &
Combosoap Dispensers: Place dispenser with
cover open on inside of left panel with top hole in
dispenser backplate up 61” from base floor &
over 8-1/2” from inside of front facing. Mark at top
center hole of dispenser backplate and drill using
#10 drill bit. Fasten with #11027 rivet (outside on
panel) & #11315 washer (on rivet). Then transfer
drill through 2 bottom holes on the right and left
side of dispenser backplate and fasten with
#11027 rivets (outside on panel) & #11315
washers (on rivets).
GLOBAL II™
Location “A” Foam, 800ML, 1000ML, & Combosoap
Dispensers: Place dispenser with cover open centered on
inside of right facing (hasp side) with top center hole in
dispenser backplate up 58-1/2” from base floor. Mark at
top center hole of dispenser backplate and drill using #10
drill bit (Through inside wall Only). Fasten dispenser with
#17436 Rivet. Then transfer drill through 2 bottom holes
on the right and left side of dispenser backplate and fasten
with #17436 rivets.
Location “B” Foam, 800ML, 1000ML, &
Combosoap Dispensers.: Place dispenser with cover
open on inside of left panel with top hole in
dispenser backplate up 56” from base floor &
over 12” from inside of front facing. Mark at top
center hole of dispenser backplate and drill using
#10 drill bit. Fasten with #11027 rivet (outside on
panel) & #11315 washer (on rivet). Then transfer drill
through 2 bottom holes on the right and left side of
dispenser backplate and fasten with Fasten with
#11027 rivets (outside on panel) &#11315 washers (on
rivets).

LOCATION “B” Foam, 800ML, 1000ML, &
Combosoap Dispensers: Place dispenser with
cover open on inside of left panel centered on
panel feature shown just below angled protrusion
on left side of panel. Mark at top center hole of
dispenser backplate and drill using #10 drill bit.
Fasten with #11027 rivet (outside on panel) &
#11315 washer (on rivet). Then transfer drill
through 2 bottom holes on the right and left side of
dispenser backplate and fasten with #11027 rivets
(outside on panel) & #11315 washers (on rivets).

Combosoap Dispensers: Locate dimple right
panel 60.00” up from floor & over 4-1/2” from
finger groove feature in right panel (near where
right panel is connected to front).
Drill at dimple using #10 drill bit (Through inside wall
only). With cover open fasten dispenser at top center hole
in backplate with #17436 Rivet. Then transfer drill through
2 bottom holes on the right and left side of dispenser
backplate and fasten with #17436 rivets
LOCATION “B” Foam, 800ML, 1000ML, &
Combosoap Dispensers: Mark left panel 60” up
from floor
Mark over 4-1/2” from finger groove feature in left panel
(near where left panel is connected to front). Drill at mark on
panel using #10 drill bit (Through inside wall only). With
cover open fasten dispenser at top center hole in backplate
with #17436 Rivet. Then transfer drill through 2 bottom
holes on the right and left side of dispenser backplate and
fasten with #17436 rivets.

Dispensers: Place dispenser on inside of right half
panel 48” from floor to top of dispenser.
Right side of dispenser in line with feature on right
half panel. With cover open mark at top center
hole of dispenser backplate on panel and drill at
mark using #10 drill bit. Fasten with #11027 rivet
(outside on panel) & #11315 washer (on rivet).
Then transfer drill through 2 bottom holes on the
right and left side of dispenser backplate and
fasten with #11027 rivets (outside on panel) &
#11315 washers (on rivets).

#11315 washer (on rivet). Then transfer drill through 2
bottom holes on the right and left side of dispenser
backplate and fasten with Fasten with #11027 rivets

cover open on right facing with top center hole in

centered on inside of front facing (hasp facing).
Mark at top center hole of dispenser backplate and
drill using #10 drill bit. Fasten with #17436 rivet.
Then transfer drill through 2 bottom holes on the
right and left side of dispenser backplate and fasten

Foam, 800ML, 1000ML, & Combosoap: Locate
upper dimple Location “A” on hasp side of panel.
Drill hole 1” above the dimple using a #10 drill bit
(Through inside wall Only). Fasten at top center
hole on dispenser backplate using #17436 Rivet.
Use the backplate of dispenser as a template drill
out bottom right slot hole at the top of the slot hole
and fasten with #17436 rivet. NOTE: no rivet in
bottom left hole of dispenser.
800ML, 1000ML, & Combosoap: Mounting Above
Urinal: Location “B” Place dispenser with cover
open on left panel with top hole in dispenser
backplate up 53” from base floor & over 2-3/4” from
edge of door opening. Mark at top center hole of
dispenser backplate and drill using #10 drill bit
(Through inside wall Only). Fasten at top center
hole on dispenser backplate using #17436 Rivet.
Then transfer drill through 2 bottom holes on the
right and left side of dispenser backplate and fasten
with #17436 rivets.
HIGH TECH 2
Locate dimple right panel (top left dimple
of 4 dimples). Drill at dimple using #10
drill bit. (Through insde wall Only)
With cover open fasten dispenser at top center hole in
backplate with #17436 Rivet. Then transfer drill through 2
bottom holes on the right and left side of dispenser
backplate using #10 drill bit (Through inside wall Only) &
fasten with #17436 rivets
