INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING
THE ELECTRONIC TIMER
Electronic timer
Starting the oven
When the oven is connected to the power supply
for the first time, or reconnected after a power
failure, the display shows “12:00” flashing.
Selecting and changing the clock time:
1. Press “ok”. The time of day flashes on the
display.
2. Press“-” or “+” to set the time.
3. Press “ok” and “-” or “+” to set the minutes.
4. Press “ok” to confirm.
To modify the time of day:
Press and hold “ok” for 2 seconds. until the time
flashes on the display. Repeat the steps described
above.
Electronic timer:
The electronic timer controls all cooking functions
and the setting of cooking time (except the minute
minder) for the bottom oven (lower compartment).
Selecting the cooking
function:
1. Turn the knob to the required function and
temperature.
2. Press “ok” to confirm; the oven will switch on.
The indicator above
switches off when
the selected temperature is reached.
To change the temperature:
1. The required temperature can be changed at any
time by turning the thermostat knob
.
Important notes:
To cancel any selection, turn knob to “0”.
Alternatively, press “ok” to switch the oven off,
maintaining the previously selected functions.
Selecting the cooking time:
Select the cooking time (available with any function) to
turn the oven on for a set time, after which the oven
will switch off automatically. The maximum
programmable cooking time is 6 hours.
1. Set the function and the temperature (see:
“Selecting the cooking function”) without
confirming by pressing “ok”.
2. Press “set” (the indicator above the cooking
time symbol lights up) and, within 8 minutes,
select the required cooking time using buttons
“-” or “+”.
3. Confirm the selection by pressing “ok”; the oven
switches on and the display shows the remaining
cooking time. To change the cooking time, use
buttons “-” “+” at any time, without confirming
by pressing “ok”.
4. To change the previous temperature setting, turn
knob
.
Appearance of on the display:
Once the set time has elapsed, an acoustic signal
sounds and appears on the display.
The oven will switch off automatically.

Setting end of cooking time
By using this function it is possible to preset the end
of cooking time. The maximum programmable
cooking time is 23 hours and 59 minutes.
1. Proceed as described in points 1 and 2 of
“Selecting the cooking time”
2. Press “set” to set the end of cooking time: The
indicator above the symbol lights up.
3. Set the end of cooking time using button “-” or
“+”.

4. Press “ok” to confirm the end of cooking time.
The oven will turn on automatically at the end of
cooking time minus the cooking duration: the
indicators on the display above the symbols
will light up.
When the oven begins the set cooking, only the
indicator above the symbol remains lit.
At the end of cooking, the display shows and
an acoustic signal sounds (see: “Appearance of
on the display”).
Minute minder
The minute minder can only be set when the oven is
not in use and allows a maximum setting of 6 hours.
To set the timer:
1. Leave knob
on “0”. The display shows the
time of the day.
2. Press “set”. The indicator under the symbol
lights up.
Use buttons“-” or “+” to set the required time.
3. Press “ok” to confirm the selection.
Once the set time has elapsed:
An acoustic signal sounds and flashes on the
display.
Press “ok”: the acoustic signal stops. The time of
day reappears on the display.
Childproof lock :
1. With knob set to “0”, press buttons “ok” and
“-” at the same time for 3 sec. the indicator
under the symbol lights up.
2. The oven functions will not work while the
childproof lock is activated.
3. To deactivate the lock, repeat the steps
described in point 1.
OVEN FUNCTIONS

1OVEN OFF

LAMP
To switch on the oven light.
STATIC
To cook meat, fish and poultry in the oven.
Preheat the oven to the required cooking temperature and place the food
inside as soon as the red thermostat light goes off.
It is advisable to use the second or third level.
Turn the selector knob “7” clockwise and set the required cooking
temperature between 50°C and 230°C.
The thermostat light “6” switches on.
The oven light switches on.
When the required temperature has been reached, the thermostat light
will switch off.
At the end of cooking.
Turn the selector knob “7” anticlockwise to position “1”.
BOTTOM HEATING
ELEMENT
To finish cooking fruit or cheese cakes or to thicken sauce.
Use this function for the last 10/15 minutes of cooking time.
TOP HEAT ONLY
For browning food.
Use the upper heating element for the last 10 or 15 minutes of cooking
time.
DOUBLE GRILL
To cook meat (smoked bacon, steaks, sausages, etc.) and for making toast.
Preheat the oven for 5 min. with the door closed.
For best results, leave the oven door open when grilling.
Arrange food on the wire shelf. When cooking meat, to avoid spatters of
fat and smoke, pour a little water into the drip tray.
Turn the food during grilling.
Once the function has been selected, turn the power knob “5” clockwise
to the required power level (1-11). The thermostat indicator light
switches on; when the required cooking power is reached it will turn off.
SWITCHING ON THE OVEN
Proceed as follows:
Turn the selector knob “7” clockwise to the symbol of the required function.
The oven light switches on.
When the required temperature has been reached, the light will switch off.
At the end of cooking turn the selector knob “7” anti-clockwise to Position “1”.
