Initial use
Unpacking
• For protection during transport, the underside of the car and
remote control unit are each connected to the packaging. The
transport screws can be loosened and removed by hand.
• Use a small crosshead screwdriver for the screws on the
remote-control unit.
1. Remove all of the parts from the packaging.
2. Check the car and the accessories for possible transport damage.
3. Check whether all parts are complete (see Fig. A and B and the parts list on
page6).
Prepare remote control unit
4. Remove the screw on the battery compartment lid l

of the remote-control
unit and slide the lid open in the direction of the arrow.
5. Insert the 9V block battery type 6LR61 (AM-6) into the remote-control unit.
6. Replace the battery compartment lid and secure it with the screw.
Insert batteries into car
1. Slide the on/off switch

on the underside of the car to OFF. Otherwise, the
battery compartment

cannot be opened.
2. Use your thumbs to press the battery compartment lid

down slightly on the
right and left of the OPEN mark. Slide the battery compartment lid upwards in the
direction of the on/off switch.
3. Fold the battery compartment lid upwards.
4. Insert six type LR6 (AA)

batteries, as shown on the base of the battery
compartment. Pay attention to the correct polarity (+/-).
5. Fold the battery compartment lid downwards again and slide the lid away from
the on/off switch, so that it is correctly locked.
Adjust alignment
The alignment only needs to be adjusted if the car pulls to the left or right by itself
when driving straight ahead (see „Use“ section).
− Car pulls to the left: Rotate the wheel alignment

slightly to the right (R)
(see Fig. A).
− Car pulls to the right: Rotate the wheel alignment to the left (L).
− Check the adjustment and repeat the process, if necessary.
