Connecting the phone
1. Fit the stand into the groove on the back of
the phone. You can t the parts from two
dierent angles.
2. Connect the receiver to the phone using the
supplied cord.
3. Connect the phone's LAN port to a hub /
switch RJ-45 socket or a router (router's
LAN side) using the Ethernet cable.
4. Connect the 12 V DC power supply unit's
plug to the phone's power supply socket;
connect the power supply unit's plug to an
electrical socket.
If the phone is connected to a PoE switch,
the phone need not be connected to the
power supply unit.
5. The LCD display will show the starting
screen view. Before continuing, wait to
view the main screen view.
General warnings
Carefully read the instructions before staring installation and performing any procedures as explained by the manufacturer,
Installing, programming, commissioning and maintenance of the product must be only done by skilled technical staff,
The installer must make sure that all user information, where required, must be present and delivered,
Before doing any cleaning or maintenance jobs, cut off the power supply to the devices,
The devices must be used only for the purpose for which they were expressly designed,
Do not use power supply units other than those included in the package,

DISPOSAL
Make sure the packing material is not disposed of in nature, but disposed of according to the laws in effect in the country where
the product is being used. At the end of the product's life-cycle, make sure it is not disposed of in nature. Its disposal must follow
the laws in effect and also follow recycling directives as concerns its component parts. The component parts that must be recycled
bear a symbol showing what type of material they are made of.

Conguring the telephone
01. There is no DHCP server
Note: with a DHCP server go to chapter 02.
Assign an IP address to the telephone via the touch
screen display
Once the phone is powered on, on the main screen, touch the
key and then, sequentially, the icons shown by the numbers
of the following screen views.

Touch the screen where it says Address Type”.
Select the “Static IP option.
Enter the right parameters provided by the network
administrator.
Scroll to the bottom by dragging your nger up and down the
screen and press the Save key , now reboot the telephone.
02. A DHCP server is present
Conguring the IP address via browser, when the IP
address is already congured or assigned to a DHCP
server
If the device is connected to a local network where a DHCP
server is active, the phone is automatically assigned a valid IP
address; The address is viewable in the phone's main screen.

By entering the assigned address on any browser installed on
an internet-linked PC, you can directly access the telephone's
conguration interface.
The default access credentials are:
Username: admin
Password: admin
Select “Maintenance”.
Activate the “Static IP item.
Enter the right parameters
provided by the network
administrator.
After entering all of the
required parameters press
Save” at the bottom of the
page.
Reboot the telephone and
apply the set parameters.
Upgrading the telephone's rmware
The upgrade is necessary
for better managing video
calls and to support call
recordings.
Access the web interface at
the address you set in the
previous point.
In the “Status” window,
System Info, check the
rmware version at System
Version”.

If the rmware version
uploaded on your phone is
previous to the 1.0.3.26 one,
you will need to upgrade it:
Connect to the phone's
webpage.
Select “Maintenance and
the “Upgrade menu.
Change the item Upgrade
Viat oManual Upload and
then press “Upload, which
will appear just below.
Select the upgrade le and
wait for the procedure to end.
At the end of the upgrade the
phone will reboot itself.
Warning!:
Do not turn off the device
while the system is
launching or while the
firmware upgrade is taking
place.
Conguring Account and SIP parameters
Enter the phone's conguration panel and set
the following parameters:

you choose)

Select “Maintenance, and
in the “Time Settings
section enter the following
parameters.
Assign NTP Server
Address”:
IP address of the NTP server
(the system's main server)
“Time-zone”:
the right settings for the
geographic area where the
system is installed
After every change made on
each menu, press Save” at
the bottom of the page and
possibly, if required, also
Apply which appears at the
start of the page.
Once the conguration is
complete press “Reboot, in
the top right of the page.
After reebooting, the account you have just created should
appear as an icon on the telephone's display- the icon will turn
green when the telephone is registered in the pbx.
