StrongArmPark DC Gear Oil Replace
ment
Tools Required
• Utility knife
• 7/32-inch and 6 mm hex keys
• Paper towels or clean rags to clean up oil spills
Kit Contents
• 16 oz waste container
• 16 oz replacement gear oil bottle
• Yorker spout
• Bulb extractor
Remove Fill Hole Cap
1. Remove the front access panel and turn o the AC and DC power switches.
2. Use a 7/32-inch hex key to remove the StrongArmPark DC top cover.
3. Remove the ll hole cap using the 6 mm hex key. Set the cap aside on a clean
rag or surface.
4. Remove all the gear oil from the gear box using the bulb extractor. Empty its
contents into the 16 oz waste container provided. e waste container should
be about half full when the majority of the oil from the gear box is extracted.
5. Cap the waste container and set the bulb extractor aside.
6. Cut the tip of the Yorker cap and screw it on the replacement gear oil bottle.
7. Rell the gear box with the gear oil.

8. Replace the ll hole cap into the gear box.
9. Replace the top cover. Refer to the illustration on page 1.
10. Turn the AC and DC switches ON. is cycles the power which allows the
operator to search for the target magnet and “relearn” it limits.
NOTE: Be aware that the arm will cycle open, and then close, as it relearns its
limits. If you don’t cycle the power, the operator will not “relearn” its limits and
will not operate properly.
