FLEXCO Electric Powered Rivet Driver Operating instructions

  • Hello! I've reviewed the user manual for the Flexco Electric Powered Rivet Driver. This document outlines best practices for using the tool, including using silicone spray, keeping the tool perpendicular and avoiding overdriving rivets. I'm ready to answer any questions you have about the device and its use.
  • What should I spray the Guide Block with?
How should I position the tool when driving rivets?
How long should I drive rivets?
Always spray Guide Block with
SL5 Silicone.
This allows for easier insertion and removal of
the drive rod.
Keep the tool perpendicularto the
base when driving rivets.
This keeps the drive rod on the head
of the rivet to give the best rivet drive.
Do not overdrive rivets.
Drive rivets for approximately 1 to 2 seconds
depending on the length of rivet and type of
belt. Additional driving may damage rivets.
Do not lean on tool.
The use of too much force will
impair efficiency.
