Always spray Guide Block with
SL5 Silicone.
This allows for easier insertion and removal of
the drive rod.
Keep the tool perpendicularto the
base when driving rivets.
This keeps the drive rod on the head
of the rivet to give the best rivet drive.
Do not overdrive rivets.
Drive rivets for approximately 1 to 2 seconds
depending on the length of rivet and type of
belt. Additional driving may damage rivets.
Do not lean on tool.
The use of too much force will
impair efficiency.
