Introduction
The Comprehensive CHE-HD80U is a low cost 1080p 60Hz HDMI KVM extender
with high-speed USB2.0. It extends HDMI AV and USB over a single CATx cable
up to 260ft/80 meters. It transmits lossless video with pixel-to-pixel, thereby
enabling it to be used in medical application in addition to commercial and
residential installations. Additionally, it supports bidirectional PoC (Power over
Cable) for powering at either the transmitter or the receiver with only one
power adapter, making installations quick and effortless. Perfect use in office,
home and presentation settings to extend HD video and USB keyboard and
mouse from a local zone to a remote PC or laptop.

Troubleshooting

No Power
Ensure the power is on.
Ensure you use the power adapter provided in the package.

No Picture or Video Flash
Ensure all devices are on, and all cables are qualified and
connected properly. Ensure all the cables’ length are within the
transmission distance (refer to Specification table).
Ensure all the LED indicators are normal.
When connecting source to display directly, ensure them can
work properly.
Ensure the input resolution is supported by the device.

Failed USB Connection or Slow Transmission Rate
Ensure the Ethernet cable length is within the range of requirement,
USB HID device is within 80m/260ft, USB storage device is within
60m/200ft.
