Placing a call:
1. Pick up the handset, enter the number, press the
(Dial) button
OR
1. Press the (Speakerphone) button, enter the number,
and press the (Dial) button
Answering a second call:
1. While on the phone, press the (Hold) button
2. Select the line ringing in
Turn on/off the Do Not Disturb:
ON:
1. Press the (Menu) button.
2. Select [Features]
3. Select [Do Not Disturb]
OFF:
4. Press the (Menu) button.
5. Select [Features]
6. Select [Do Not Disturb]
To place a call on hold:
1. While on a call, press the (Hold) button
*Note* To pick up a call on hold, hit [Resume]
Call Forwarding:
1. Dial *72 to turn on Call Forwarding
2. Dial *73 to turn off Call Forwarding
OR
1. Press the (Menu) button
2. Select [Features]
3. Select [Forward…]
4. Select [Always]
5. Enter forwarding number
*Note* To disable, follow the same steps, but disable
Accessing your Voicemail:
1. Dial *86,
2. Press *
3. Enter Passcode
Accessing your Voicemail from out of ofce:
1. Dial the phone number assigned to your seat
2. Wait for your Voicemail prompt
3. Press *
4. Enter your Passcode
OR
1. Dial the Voicemail Pilot Number
2. Enter your Mailbox number
3. Enter your Passcode
*Note* Your Voicemail Box Number can be found on
Cbeyondonline.net under Services > Voicemail. This is typically
a 12 digit number. The Voicemail pilot number can be found
under Services > Calling Features > User Directory.
Sending callers directly to Voicemail:
1. While on a call, press the [Trans] (Transfer) softkey
2. Enter *55, then the extension of the person
3. Press [Trans] (Transfer) softkey again
To transfer a call:
1. While on a call, press the [Trans] (Transfer) softkey
2. Enter the Extension or Number you want to transfer to
3. Press [Trans] (Transfer) softkey again
3 way call / Conference Call:
1. While on a call, press the [Conf] (Conference) softkey
2. Dial the number you want to conference/3 way call
3. Once connected to the new call, press the
(Split) softkey then the (Join) softkey

To park a call:
1. While on a call, press the transfer key, then *68
2. Enter any valid extension number that you want to park the
call on and then the (#) key
3. The call is now parked on that number and will have to be
retrieved (see below)
If you would like to park a call on your own extension, simply
press transfer, *68, and (#).
To retrieve a parked call:
1. Pick up the handset and dial *88
2. Enter the extension the call is parked on
3. You are now connected to the parked call
To manage personal features on the phone:
1. Press the (Menu) button
2. Select Settings > Basic > Preferences >
3. Scroll through the options under each of the selections using
the (Up) and (Down) buttons
To change your ring tone:
1. Press the (menu) button
2. Select Settings > Basic > Ringtype
