Installation
PreparingtheMachine
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface.
2.DisengagethePTO,engagetheparkingbrake,
andmovethemotion-controlleversoutwardto
theNEUTRAL-LOCKposition.
3.Shutofftheengineandremovethekey.
4.Raisethefrontofthemachinesothatthe
castersareofftheground.Supportthemachine
usingjackstands.
Note:Usejackstandsratedforyourmachine.
RefertotheOperator’sManualforyourmachine
todeterminetheweight.
WARNING
Mechanicalorhydraulicjacksmayfailto
supportthemachineandcauseserious
injury.
Usejackstandswhensupportingthe
machine.
InstallingtheKit
1.Removethelocknutandboltholdingthecaster
wheeltothecasterfork(Figure1).Removethe
wheel.

stemfacesoutwardfromthemachine.Torque
theboltto91to113N∙m(67to83ft-lb).

4.Inatethecasterwheelsto483to552kPa(70
to80psi).
