Hello, I've reviewed the datasheet for the KINO FLO DS1 6800190 & 6800191 Ballast Boards. These boards are designed for the Desk-Lite 121 and have a date code based warranty. It is also good to know that these boards do not have any user-serviceable parts. I'm ready to assist with your questions regarding this product.

Manufacturing started May 2011.

2 Year Warranty – Based on 4 digit date code.

First 2 digits is year of manufacturing, second 2 digits is week of manufacturing.

For example, "1120" was manufactured the 20th week of 2011.

Note: The DS1 ballast board has conformal coating seal, surface mounted components. No serviceable parts available.
