Before using

Read the instructions properly before using the unit. The blades are sharp so handle with

great care.

1. Remove all packaging including protective foam/cellophane and labels.

2. Dispose the packaging properly and keep it out of reach of children.

3. Ensure that all parts are complete as shown/mentioned in this manual.

Safety Measures

 Use the blender only for its intended domestic purpose.

 This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced

physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless

they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a

person responsible for their safety.

 Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

 The blender MUST always be turned off before plugging or unplugging from power

outlet for cleaning, servicing or moving purposes.

 Never yank the cord to disconnect from power outlet; you must hold the plug and pull

to disconnect.

 Do not let the cord touch any hot surface. Always keep the cord behind the blender

when in use or not in use.

 The blender must be used on a flat and stable surface.

 Do not use this appliance outdoors.

 Using attachments or materials not authorized by manufacturer may cause damage

to the unit and harm to the user.

 Make sure the cover is placed when using the blender.

 Never place blades on motor housing without the jug being properly attached.

 Avoid having contact with moving parts of the blender.

 Never put non-food and hard items inside the jar.

 Never run the blender empty.

Before plugging in

 Clean the jar, top cover and measuring cup thoroughly with warm soap water.

Installation

 Place the blender on a clean, flat and dry surface.

 Make sure a wall socket is within a good distance from the blender.

 Always check that unit is OFF before plugging in.

 Place the jug into the motor unit and turn it clockwise. Make sure it is properly

attached.

 Depending on what you will blend, after you have put all the ingredients, select the

appropriate speed.

 The mixture should not exceed the maximum level seen on the jar.

How to use the blender

 After the blender is assembled, put the chopped/sliced vegetables or fruits into the

jar.

 The best proportion of fruit to water is 2:3.

 You can add other ingredients through the centre opening of the top cover.

 Plug in the power cord and turn it on. Select the desired and appropriate setting. The

PULSE position accelerates the process of blending. You must hold it to work and

release it to stop.

 The 0 setting means to stop the blending. You can set it at this position once you have

consistency of your desired mixture.

 Do not use it consecutively for more than three minutes.

 Turn the jar counter-clockwise to remove the jar from the base and remove the cover.

You can pour now the mixture in a glass and serve it.

Cleaning & Maintenance

This blender has an auto clean feature which is design to clean both the jar and blades

easily. To make use of this feature, follow these steps.

Pour a little warm, soapy water into the jar and turn the speed selector to P position for few

seconds.

Select the 0 position and unplug the power cord properly.

Remove the jar and rinse it under running water. Set it aside and dry it.

For the motor, use a damp cloth to clean the outside of it but do not use abrasive

cleansers.

You can also clean the cover, jar, measuring cup using a dishwasher but make sure the

setting does not exceed 60 degrees Celsius.

Once all parts are dry, reassemble them again according to the steps given on this

manual.

Recipe

Avocado Smoothie

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted

1 cup milk

½ cup vanilla yogurt

3 tablespoons honey

8 ice cubes

Directions:

 Combine the avocado, milk, honey and ice cubes in a blender.

 Blend until smooth.
