2. Product Overview
This chapter provides basic information about the QNAP device.
About the TS-hx77XU-RP
Equipped with an AMD Ryzen™ processor, the TS-hx77XU-RP NAS is a powerful solution for the storage,
backup, sharing, and centralized management of your data. The new powerful AMD Ryzen™ processors
enable the TS-hx77XU-RP to run on QNAP's NAS ZFS file based operating system QuTS hero. Featuring a
versatile PCIe expansion card slot and scaling up to 64 GB of memory, the TS-hx77XU-RP adapts to your
changing business needs. Each TS-hx77XU-RP also features four network ports (two 10GbE SFP+ and two
1GbE RJ45) for increased bandwidth and throughput, and a pre-installed dual-port 10Gbase-T RJ45 network
expansion card. The TS-hx77XU-RP is able to leverage its AES-NI encryption engine to accelerate the
performance of encrypted file transfers.
