Districtheating(DH)
Thedistrictheatingcircuitisprefabricatedwithaowcontroller
withintegratedcontrolvalveaswellasstrainersandballvalves.
Furthermorethesubstationisdeliveredwithamixingloop,which
includespumpandnon-returnvalve.
Heating(HE)
Theheatingcircuitisdesignedfordirectconnection.Theow
controllerwithintegratedcontrolvalvesetstheoptimumoperation
conditionsforradiatorthermostatsinordertoenableindividual
temperaturecontrolineachroom.nThemixingloopcreatesa
suitabletemperaturelevelfortheheatingsystem.
Domestichotwater(DHW)
Thedomestichotwaterispreparedintheplateheatexchanger
andthetemperatureisregulatedwiththermostaticorelectronic
controls.Theefcientheatexchangeroffersexceptionallygood
heatextractionwithhighoutput.NoreadjustmentoftheDHW
temperatureisrequiredafterinstallationandinitialsettingofthe
controls.Thethermostaticcontrolvalveautomaticallyretainsthe
comforttemperatureofthehotwater,evenwhentheheating
systemisinreducedoperationduringsummerorifthedistrict
heatingplantchangesoperatingparametersbetweensummerand
winter.Thiseitherbyloweringorincreasingtheowtemperature
ofthedistrictheatingwaterand/ortheoperatingpressureinthe
network.

Thesubstationisdesignedfordistrictheatingastheprimary
sourceofenergy.However,alsootherenergysourcescanbeused
wheretheoperatingconditionsallowitandalwaysarecomparable
todistrictheating.
Application
Thesubstationisdesignedtobeconnectedtothehouse
installationinafrost-freeroom,wherethetemperaturedoesnot
exceed50°Candthehumiditydoesnotexceed60%.Donotcover
orwallupthesubstationorinanyotherwayblocktheentrance
tothestation.
Choiceofmaterial
