PYRO A/V Link 4-Position Dip Switch Settings – Rev E
Automatic Format Detection – There is no need to set the video source as NTSC, PAL or Secam. A/V
Link detects the video format and sets the capture format automatically, supporting N5TSC, PAL or
Secam video input.
IRE – Black Level switch – You now have the option to set the black level to 7.5 IRE to 0 IRE. 0 IRE
is used primarily in Japan but some users had requested that this option be available.
Audio Sampling Rate – DV Camcorders record audio at either 12-bit or 16-bit sample rates and now
the A/V Link has a switch that you can set to match the settings your camcorder uses. Set to either 12-
bin/32kHz or 16-bit/48kHz audio sampling rates.
