XFR Apprentice Workout Station
Assembly Instructions
AccuFitness, LLC and Anazao Fitness Gear, Inc. recommends that a
qualified person install your XFR Workout Station to assure proper and safe
connection to studs or other type of wall structure (can be connected to
concrete walls as well using concrete anchors).
For commercial buildings or structures with metal studs, your
qualified installer should determine with anchors to use to properly secure
your XFR Workout Station.
AccuFitness, LLC and Anazao Fitness Gear, Inc. are not
responsible for improper installation or damage to any structure
incurred during the installation of any XFR Workout station, nor for any
damage or injuries incurred subsequent to installation.

Prep for mounting on wall
PLEASE NOTE:
The support boards are 31” wide in order to accommodate studs that are
16” or 24” from center, or for unusual spacing.
Use the 5/8” x 4” lag screws (included) to mount these boards
Step 1
Use a stud finder to locate the studs in your wall where you want to mount your station.
Once studs are located, measure the distance between the two studs.
Step 2
From the center of each support board, measure half of the distance between your
studs. For example, if your studs are 31” apart, use 15 1/2”.
Mark these distances as this is where you will pre-drill holes for mounting.
Step 3
Pre-drill holes in each support board.
We recommend drilling holes slightly smaller than the 5/8” lag screws.
The XFR Workout Station is now ready to be assembled.

Assembly Instructions
Step 1
Assemble metal bar by sliding the top portion over the bottom portion and lining up the
holes. Make sure the fit is tight.
Steps 2 and 3
Set the support boards along side of the holes in the metal bar.
This will help space the boards for positioning the metal bar.
Place the metal bar on top of the support boards.
Line up the center holes in the boards with the holes in the metal bar.

Step 4
Place lag bolts in the holes and screw. Tighten snugly but not fully.
NOTE: Lag bolts already have proper lock washers and washers on them.
Steps 4, 5 and 6
Put a few drops of wood glue in the dowel holes and insert wooden dowels.
Remove any excess glue with a damp paper towel.
Slide the small rubber o-rings over the dowel until it is snug on the surface of the
board.
Place vinyl caps on dowels. These caps are designed to fit tight.

Step 7
Place the assembled XFR Workout Station against the wall where it will be installed.
Line up the pre-drilled holes in the studs with the pre-drilled holes in the support boards.
Using the 5/8” x 4” Lag Screws and a socket wrench, bolt the station on to the wall.
Step 8
Once mounted, place a level on each support board. If adjustment is necessary,
tap on the top or bottom of the board until level.
Step 9
Tighten the bolts on the metal bars and install vinyl caps over the bolt heads. Don’t over
tighten

Install Anchor Straps
To move an anchor strap up or down, loosen the strap,
move to the desired location and pull to tighten
Wrap the anchor strap around
the metal bar.
Insert hooks and neoprene loop
through the larger nylon loop
Pull tight
