PREPARATION
1. Shut off the power at the fuse box or circuit
breaker box. If necessary, remove the existing
fixture and its mounting hardware from the
ceiling.
2.
Carefully remove the new fixture from the carton
and check that all parts are included as shown in
the illustration.
ASSEMBLING THE FIXTURE (Fig. 1)
3. Slip center hole (P) of shade (Q) over the nipple
(O) and secure with the finial (R).
4. Choose the suitable number of stems and install
the stem (J, K, L, M) into the coupling (N), then
thread the stem (J, K, L, M) onto the nipple (I).
5. Thread the loop (H) onto the nipple (I),
6. Using quick link (G) connect it to loop (F) and
fixture loop (H).
7. Lace the fixture wires through the loop (F).
MOUNTING THE FIXTURE (Fig.1)
8. Thread the two mounting screws (A) (Size: #8-
32*1.4”L) half way into the pre-drilled holes in the
circular strap (B) spaced the same distance apart
as the holes in the fixture canopy (D).
9. Attach the circular strap (B) to the outlet box (not
provided) using the outlet box screws (C) (Size:
#8-32*0.6”L) through the slotted holes. The side
of the circular strap (B) marked “GND” must face
out.
CONNECTING THE WIRES (Fig. 2)
10. Connect the electrical wires as shown in Fig. 2,
making sure all wire connectors are secured. If
your outlet box has a ground wire (green or bare
copper), connect the fixture’s ground wire to it.
Otherwise, connect the fixture’s ground wire
directly to the circular strap (B) using the green
screw provided. After the wires are connected,
tuck them neatly inside the outlet box.
COMPLETING THE INSTALLATION (Fig. 1)
11. Place the canopy (D) onto the mounting screws
(A) and secure with the finials (E).
12.
Hook the crystal drop (T) to the finial (R).
13. Install the light bulb(s) (not included) in
accordance with the fixtures specifications (DO
NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE!) (NE
PAS DEPASSER LA PUISSANCE NOMINALE
MAXIMALE!)
Your installation is now complete. Return the
power to the outlet box and test the fixture.
