INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1
Remove the Casing
FLIP the compressor over and remove 4 screws securing
the outer casing using a #2 phillips screwdriver, then
separate the upper and lower casing.

Remove Top Plate
REMOVE the 4 screws securing the diaphragm top plate.

Separate Inner & Outer Diaphragm
REMOVE the rubber boot from the outer diaphragm
assembly. Then remove the 4 screws securing the outer
diaphragm assembly using a #2 phillips screwdriver.

• Small Pick Tool

Separate Diaphragms
Use a small pick tool to separate the outer diaphragm
from the inner diaphragm.

Remove Center Ring
REMOVE and save the center retaining nut and two
washers using your 7mm nut driver.

Remove Inner Diaphragm
REMOVE the inner diaphragm including the diaphragm
front boards and back boards.
Take note of the two metal rings

Install Protective Washer
INSTALL a new diaphragm front board. The diaphragm
front board is the one with 4 pegs. Apply the protective
washer on top of the diaphragm front board.

Install Inner Diaphragm
INSTALL a new inner diaphragm and align the 4 pegs with
the 4 holes inside the inner diaphragm.

Push Front Board into Place
A Push the front board rmly into place and make sure the
pegs come through evenly on the reverse side of the inner
diaphragm.

Place Metal Rings
PLACE the two metal rings onto the inner diaphragm
assembly. Align the 2 lines on the front board to be
pointing to the notches on the inner diaphragm.

Place Diaphragm on Armature
INSTALL the inner diaphragm into the armature with
the two lines being vertical and the metal rings in
between the inner diaphragm and the armature.

Install 2

Protective Washer
INSTALL the 2
nd
protective washer onto the diaphragm
followed by the diaphragm back board with the at
side facing outwards. It can be helpful to tilt the
compressor to keep the washer and diaphragm back
board in place.

Install Flat Washer, Lock Washer, Nut
INSTALL the at washer, lock washer and nut. Use the
7mm nut driver to securely tighten the nut.

Reconnect the Rubber Boot
RECONNECT the rubber boot to the outer diaphragm
assembly.

Repeat Steps 3-15 for the Other
Diaphragm
REPEAT steps 3-15 for the diaphragm on the other side of the
compressor motor.

Re-Install the Black Diaphragm Top Plate
REINSTALL the 4 screws with washers to the top plate and
securely tighten with a #2 phillips screw driver.

Re-attach Upper & Lower Casing
RE-ATTACH and secure the upper and lower casings using the
4 case screws.

Re-Install Outer Diaphragm
RE-INSTALL the outer diaphragm assembly by matching
up the notch on the assembly with the notch on the
compressor motor and secure with the 4 assembly
screws.

CHANGING THE AIR FILTER:
1
Remove the Filter Cap
REMOVE the air lter cap by pulling from the bottom
edge rst.

Remove Filter
REMOVE the worn air lter by pinching and pulling straight
out. Replace the air lter with a new one by pressing new
lter into place.

Attach the Filter Cap
PRESS and secure the air lter cap back into place.
MAINTENANCE:
We recommend replacing the diaphragm and air lter every 6-12 months to
maintain optimum performance.
