1. Makesurethatyoursystemisunpoweredandunpluggedandyouaregrounded.

2. Removethecoverofyoursystem(refertocomputersystemdocumentation,ifnecessary)sothatthePCI

Expressexpansionslotopeningsonthemotherboardareaccessible.

3. AlignthePCIExpressconnectorontherisercardwithanavailablePCIExpressslot.

4. Gentlyinsertthecardintotheemptyslot,makingsureitisseatedrmly.Fastenthecardtotherisercard

mountingbracketonthecomputerchassis(refertocomputersystemdocumentation,ifnecessary).

5. InstallthedesiredPCIExpresscardintothePCIeslotontherisercardandfastensecurelytothecomputer

chassis(refertocomputersystemdocumentation,ifnecessary).

6. Replaceandfastenthecomputercover.
