1 Place vehicle in Park (P) with ignition ON.
2 Adjust drivers seat, outside rearview mirrors
and steering wheel column (with electric tilt
and telescopic type) to the desired position.
3 Press SET button until beep is heard.
4 Within ve seconds, press button 1 or 2 until
signal beeps twice. Beeps conrm position
is stored.
To Recall (IMS):
1 Place vehicle in Park (P).
2 Press button 1 or 2 and stored positions will
automatically adjust. See Owner’s Manual for
further information.

LOW TIRE PRESSURE INDICATOR:
Illuminates if one or more tires is signicantly
under-inated. Safely park your vehicle, check
your tires as soon as possible, and inate tire(s)
to proper pressure.
TPMS MALFUNCTION INDICATOR:
Illuminates and stays illuminated when there
is a malfunction with the TPMS system. Have
system checked by an authorized Hyundai
dealer as soon as possible.
NOTE: e TPMS is not a substitute for
proper tire maintenance. It is the driver’s
responsibility to maintain correct tire pressure,
even if under-ination has not reached the level
to trigger illumination of the TPMS low tire
pressure indicator.

To activate windshield wipers: Move wiper/
washer switch to one of four positions.
MIST: Move wiper/washer switch up to activate.
Windshield wipers will make a single swipe
across windshield.
AUTO: Move switch down one position.
Windshield sensor automatically senses rain
on the windshield and determines appropriate
length of intervals between swipes. Wiper
frequency can be varied by rotating AUTO up
for faster or down for slower speeds.
NOTE: With wiper/washer switch in AUTO,
wipers will perform one sweep when vehicle
is started.
LO: Move wiper/washer switch down

HI: Move wiper/washer switch down
three positions.
WIPE/WASH OPERATION
To Use Windshield Washer: Pull wiper/
washer lever. When washer is operated, wipers
will automatically make several passes across the
windshield. Washer continues to operate until

PASSENGER AIR BAG OFF INDICATOR
(located on center dash)
e indicator will illuminate when you turn
ignition key to START or ON. Light will not
illuminate when front passengers air bag is
enabled. e occupant classication system will
disable the right front passenger’s air bag under
certain conditions (light on). Refer to your
Owner’s Manual for a complete description
of this system.
NOTE: Driver’s air bag and side impact
air bag are not part of the occupant
classication system.

Whenever operating your vehicle, make sure that you and your occupants are properly
secured with seatbelts. Small children should always ride in the rear seat in an
appropriate child restraint system (see the Owner’s Manual for child safety details).
Never place children under 13 years old in front seats to avoid injury that may result
from air bag deployment. Always refer to the Owner’s Manual for complete safety
precaution information.
NOTE: If driver’s seatbelt is not fastened when ignition key is turned to ON or START
position, the seatbelt reminder light will blink and a warning chime will sound to remind
the driver to fasten seatbelt.

LOCK – Press to lock all doors and arm
alarm. Press again to hear conrmation chirp.
UNLOCK – Press to disarm alarm and
unlock driver’s door. Press again within four
seconds to unlock all doors.
TRUNK UNLOCK – Press and hold for
more than one second to release trunk lid.
PANIC – Press and hold to activate horn
and ashing lights. Press again to turn o

MASTER KEY (M): is key is for general use
and opens all locks on your vehicle. One side is
stamped with an M.
SUB KEY (S): is key operates the ignition
and door locks ONLY. is key does not
operate the trunk or glove box. One side
is stamped with an S. Leave this key with a
parking attendant without giving access to the
trunk, trunk lid release, or glove box.

To Activate The Trunk Lock System:
1 Open the glove box.
2 Press trunk lid control button OFF. In the
OFF position, the trunk can only be opened

3 Close and lock the glove box with the
master key.
NOTE: When leaving a key with a parking lot
attendant, perform steps 1 through 3 and leave
the sub key with the attendant. e sub key can
start the engine and operate the door locks only.
UNLOCK: Unlock the glove box with the master
key and press the trunk lid control button to
ON. When ON, the trunk will open with the
trunk lid release lever or the transmitter.
TO UNLOCK AND OPEN THE TRUNK WITH
THE KEY: Insert the key into the key slot
located under the trunk lid and turn
clockwise. Trunk light illuminates when
trunk lid is opened.
