Chapter1Introduction
Network camera is a kind of embeddeddigital sur veillance product that combines the features of
both traditional analog camera and net DVS (Digital Video Server). Due to the embedded Linux
operation system and the latest Davinci hardware platform of TI, the system operates with high
scheduling efficiency. Furthermore, the firmware is burned in the flash, which makes the product
small,reliableandhighlystable.
