1. Why the actual capacity of drives received is lower than the advertised?

1) The Flash memory vendors are using decimal arithmetic: 1MB = 1000KB, 1G = 1000MB

calculated,and the operating system of computer using binary arithmetic:1MB =1024KB,1GB =

1024MB ;

2) some hided software to enhance performance of the flash drive usb 3.0 with lcd display

screen.so there are some differences between display capacity and nominal capacity of flash

memory products.for example :2G is about 1.9GB ;4G is about 3.8GB.

2. Why the product can transfer small files but not video

FAT32 is the de-facto standard. Individual files on a FAT32 drive cannot exceed 4 GB size limit. If

you need to store larger files, please format to exFAT. It is similar to the FAT32 files system but

does not have the limits of the FAT32 file system, i.e.; it allows users to store files much larger

than the 4 GB allowed by FAT32.
