Apparatus: Multimeter
A. Check if the power of the main board is abnormal.
Step1: Measure if the components of AM317AM, PQ1 S-pin and D-Pin, is 5V.
State: Yes, go to step 2.
No, change the component PQ1.
Step2: Measure the both ends of the component D2 of AM317AM is 5V.
State: Yes, go to step 3.
No, change the component D2. Please send it back to RMA if the voltage isn’t 5V
after changing.
Step3: Measure the component U12 Pin1 of AM317BM if the voltage is 5V.
State: Yes, go to step4.
No, change the component U12. Please send it back to RMA if the voltage isn’t 5V
after changing.
Step4: Measure the component U11 Pin7 of AM317AM if the voltage is 3.8V.
State: Yes, go to step5.
No, change the component U11. Please send it back to RMA if the voltage isn’t
3.8V after changing.
Step5: Measure the both ends of the component L2 of AM317AM if the voltage is 3.8V.
State: Yes, go to step6.
No, change the component L2. Please send it back to RMA if the voltage isn’t 3.8V
after changing.
Step6: Measure the component U20 Pin1 of AM317AM if the voltage is 1.8V.
State: Yes, go to step7.
No, change the component U20. Please sent it back to RMA if the voltage isn’t
1.8V after changing.
Step7: Measure the component IC1 Pin2 of AM317BM if the voltage is 3.3V.
State: Yes, go to step8.
No, change the component IC1. Please sent it back to RMA if the voltage isn’t
3.3V after changing.
Step8: Measure the component U13 Pin3 of AM317BM if the voltage is 1V.
State: Yes, go to step9.
No, change the component U13. Please send it back to RMA if the voltage isn’t 1V
after changing.
B. Video Loss
Step1: Measure the component U2 Pin5 of AM317BS if the voltage is 1.2.
State: Yes, go to step2.
No, change the component U2. Please sent it back to RMA if the voltage isn’t

Step2: Measure the component U3 Pin5 of AM317BS if the voltage is 2.7V.
State: Yes, go to step3.
