Installation Instructions for
Follow enclosed supplement installation instructions for electrical and fixture installation onto junction box.
Install the threaded pipes by screwing them into center of the fixture.
Screw the lamps into the sockets. Refer to the label on the lamp socket for Max Wattage information.
Install the glass tubes over the sockets and secure them in place by screwing them into the glass tube base.
Caution: Carefully align the threads of the glass tube to the glass tube base and make sure they are engaged correctly.

These fixtures are intended to be installed utilizing NEC compliant junction
boxes.
This product is safety listed for damp locations.
Incandescent lamps may be dimmed with a standard incandescent dimmer.
LED LEDlamps may be dimmed with a dimmer. Consult lamp manufacturer for
additional information.

applicable installation code by a person familiar with the
construction and operation of the product and the hazards
involved.
Use minimum 90°c supply conductors.
