Put the frame in the right position
as above picture shows
Fix three frame well with screw
(leave one frame not fix screw first)
Fix three frame into the ceiling with
expansion screw
Push the lamp into the frame as above
picture shows
Fix well the screw as above picture and
finish the installation
After the lamp pushed into the frame,
install the last frame well
