ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

Item No: STT11005

1. Place the lamp on a level surface.

2. Screw threaded rods into the base cover.

Connect the base columns to the base cover with the

threaded rods. Connect the bottom of the base c olumns

to the lamp base using the wing nuts.

3. Screw the remaining threaded rod into the socket assembly.

4. Adjust the knurl nut on threaded rod. This can be

used to raise the shade a little if necessary.

5. Place the shade over the end of the threaded rod

and tighten with the finial securing the shade in place.

6. Insert two 60Watt bulbs into bulb sockets.

Uses (2) Maximum 60WATT Type “A” Bulbs.

(Bulbs not included).

Cleaning of your lamp

Unplug lamp, wipe with damp cloth.

Do not use abrasives.
