SPECIFICATIONS:
Canopy is constructed of 18 gauge stainless steel,
welded, ground and polished to a uniform finish to
accept the 1/4” thick scratch resistant plexiglass,
sneeze guards.
(BCDL - unit only) provided with fluorescent light fix-
ture for 120/60/1 operation prewired with shatter-
proof safety shield and on/off switch.
(BCDH - unit only) provided with food warmer
mounted under canopy top for 208/60/1 prewired
operation.
(BCDHL - unit only) provided with food warmer and
incandescent lamps 120/208/60/1
