General Safety Information
This equipment shall only be installed by qualied service personnel.
The nal installation must adhere to all national wiring regulations.
The disconnect device must comply with IEC 60947.
WARNINGS
Read instructions before installing and power up.
Instructions should be kept for future reference.
If this unit shows signs of damage or malfunction, immediately disconnect from
mains and contact Dedicated Micros.
CE NOTICE (EUROPEAN UNION).
Marking by the symbol CE indicates compliance of this DM product to the Electromagnetic
Compatibility Directive 89/336/EEC, and the Low Voltage Directive 73/23/EEC of the European
Union. Such marking is indicative that this system meets the following technical standards.
EN 61000-6-3 EMC Standard Residential, Commercial and Light Industry.
EN 61000-3-3 Limitations of voltage changes, uctuations and icker in public low-
voltage supply systems for equipment with rated current up to 16A.
EN 61000-3-2 Limits for harmonic current emissions for equipment with rated
current up to 16A.
EN 50130-4 Immunity requirements for components of re, intruder and social
alarm systems.
EN 60950 Safety of IT and related equipment.
EN 55022 Class B. Radiated Emissions Standard, suitable for Commercial or
Residential use.
EN 60825-1 Safety standard for LED’s and Lasers.

Installation Notes:
1. Attach wiper to housing using M4 xings/gasket, as supplied with camera housing.
2. Before attaching water outlet tube ensure the pump is primed by following the steps
below.
a. Fill bottle with clean water.
b. Attach short length of tube to outlet.
c. Suck water through tube until it reaches pump.
d. Connect the water outlet tube to the washer nozzle.
e. The unit is now ready for use.
3. Washer nozzle is supplied as standard and is positioned on the wiper arm as
shown above.

3. Replacement Wiper Blades
Replacement wiper blades for the Dedicated Micros housing wipers are supplied as a single length
blade that can be cut down to the size required for all Dedicated Micros housings. The dimensions
for the blades are shown in the table below.

Mark up the replacement blade to the correct dimensions ‘X’ and ‘Y’ .
Cut the blade using a hacksaw or junior hacksaw beginning at the metal fold furthest from the rubber
blade. The end of the blade may be trimmed using a sharp knife.
DO NOT attempt to cut the metal blade holder with a guillotine or wire cutters as this distorts the
blade and reduces the contact area with the window, making the wiper ineffective.
