Technician Settings
1. Set-point temperature limits, Temperature scale, offset for temperature
reading, Heater type, Heat pump configuration, and Compressor delay.
- Adjust the temperature to 10

- Press and hold the [Select] button until “COOL” appears on display and the
temperature flashes.
- Using the [+] or [-] buttons adjust the temperature limit for COOL
(range 10..30

Electric heater – “E” flashing.
(In this configuration, when Auto Fan is active, the fan will work only
during demand)
Oil/Gas heater – “O” flashing.
(In this configuration, when Auto Fan is selected, the fan will never work)
The following selection in enabled only when Heat Pump system has been
selected previously:
- Press the [Select] button again – “HC” will appear on display.
- Using the [+] or [-] buttons select between:
Heat pump active in heat (B) – “H” flashing.
Heat pump active in cool (O) – “C” flashing.
- Press the [Select] button again – “30” will appear on display.
- Using the [+] or [-] buttons select between:
With 3 minutes compressor delay – “3” flashing.
Without compressor delay – “0” flashing (For testing purposes only !).
- Press the [Select] button again – the thermostat display will return to normal.

2. Turning the thermostat ON or OFF
- Press the [On] button to turn the thermostat ON or OFF – “ON” or "OFF" will
appear on display.
3. Selecting Modes and Auto Fan
- Press the [Select] button – the mode will flash.
- Using the [+] and [-] buttons select between COOL, HEAT, AUTO CHANGE
OVER (Cool & Heat appear on display) or FAN ONLY MODE.
- Press the [Select] button again – “Auto Fan” or “Fan” will flash.
- Using the [+] and [-] buttons select with or without Auto Fan.
With Auto Fan - the fan will work only during demand for cool or heat. In Oil/Gas
systems, the fan will never work).
Without Auto Fan - the fan will work continuously.
- Press the [Select] button again to return to normal display.
4. Economy mode
- Press and hold the [On] button (5 seconds) to activate economy mode – “EC”
will appear on display.
- Press and hold the [On] button again to return to normal display.
Note: In economy mode, the set-point temperature for cooling = 29

the set-point temperature for heating = 13

5. Emergency heat
- Make sure the set-point temperature is different than 10

F).
- Press and hold the [Select] button to activate emergency heat - "EH" will
appear on display.
- Press and hold the [Select] button again to deactivate emergency heat – “EH”
will appear on display.
When the Emergency Heat is active, the compressor will stop and only the heat
element will be used for heating. The display will alternate between “EH” and the
temperature.
6. Low temperature alarm indication
When the measured temperature is less than 6
o
C (45
o
F) “AL” will flash on
display.
The indication will automatically disappear when the measured temperature is
higher than 8
o
C (48
o
F).
