Note: The appliance and heating

elements have been given a protective

lubricant lm: this may produce a

small amount of smoke and odour

on rst use. This is entirely normal

and stops after a short while. Please

ensure adequate ventilation when rst

using the appliance.

Setting the heat output: Turn the

control to the right until it is pointing

to the room temperature you want.

Ensure that the heater output is

appropriate for heating the room you

want to heat.

Plug the appliance into a mains

socket that meets the appliance’s

technical specications. The appli-

ance is now ready to use.

MAINTENANCE AND CARE

To extend the life of your appli-

ance, you should clean it at regular

intervals.

Should this product show any defect

3 years from the date of purchase,

we will repair or replace it – at our

discretion – free of charge. This war-

ranty service requires that you retain

proof of purchase (sales receipt) for

the defective device for the three year

period and that you briey explain

in writing what the fault entails and

when it occurred.

If the defect is covered by our war-

ranty, we will repair and return your

product or send you a replacement.
