• Individual room temperature control: The measured room temperature is compared with the desired room temperature and any deviations are corrected via the connected actuators, e.g. motorized valve or fan coil.
• Occupancy detection: The built-in presence detector detects if the room is occupied or unoccupied. This information can be used for energy-saving measures, such as automatic setpoint adjustment or shutdown of the heating or cooling system.
