Z4 Side Window Inserts
®
From the inside of the Weld Visor, unclip
the side window along the back edge
by pushing outward and rotate the side
windows to the outside.

SIDE WINDOW REPLACEMENT
To replace the side windows, lift up the weld
visor, unlatch the green ADF Retainer from
the Face Shield by pushing the tabs apart
and pushing forward.

From the outside of the Weld Visor, rotate
in the replacement side windows, inserting
the front edge first and then pushing in
the edges of the window. Make sure they
are fully pressed in with no light showing
around the edges.

Place the green ADF Retainer back over the
Impacts Lens by inserting the bottom guides
and rotating in until the clips are securely
snapped in place.

The Z4 Weld Visor comes with 2 sets of side windows. The grey set are solid light blockers.
Use these to block peripheral light from being visible while welding. The Z4 also comes with a
set of Shade 5 windows. These allow peripheral vision while welding to see more the of your
surroundings, such as other welders next to you.
