ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1st Stage - Unpack & Locate Accessories Box:
Remove body from the carton
Remove side panel (with yellow label) to access inside of body
Locate box with castors, instruction manual, control panel, remote & accessories
RECOMMEND 2 PERSONS FOR ASSEMBLY
2nd Stage - Attachment of Castors
Place down the carton or blanket on the floor
Carefully lay the body on its side
Attach 4 x castors with bolts & washers supplied
Lock all 4 brake functions and lift unit into upright position
3rd Stage - Assembly & Attachment of Air Outlet
Locate 2 x side panels, 1 x underneath support & 1 x top cover
Assemble 2 x side panels, 1 x underneath support & 1 x top cover with screws provided
Attach air outlet to body with screws provided
4th Stage - Cabling, Connection & Louvre Attachment:
Locate cables - controller cable (black) and earth cables (green/yellow)
Thread the controller cable (black) through hole on the air outlet head
Connect controller cable (black) to control panel
Secure control panel with enclosure to head of unit with screws provided
Attach earth cable (green/yellow) to synchronous motor on lourve assembly
Connect synchronous motor cable to controller cable
Attach the lourve assembly to the air outlet head
Secure excess cabling of controller (black) and earth cables (green/yellow) on the front metal
support pole in the body of unit with cable ties supplied.
Replace side panel
Ready to plug and play.
